They were so incredibly helpful with our decision to get another vizsla, and the selection of the right pup for us. They take impeccable care of the puppies and are so obviously passionate about everything vizsla. It's infectious! They are doing this out of love and only have a couple of litters a year. Which means, if you want one of their puppies, you have to act fast. It looks like they are taking deposits on the spring litter right now. I know from our experience that the puppies went really quickly and there is a good reason for this. I would recommend this breeder to anyone looking for a vizsla. Look no further. Brody is fabulous...in perfect condition and he has the best temperament. He's great with other dogs and all people, including kids. He is just a hearty, healthy guy who loves life. Unless those are met, we do not take a vacation. On last Saturday, we went to Petsmart to get some dog food and cat food. My wife found this lovely dog that she would not leave without her. Art and Paws Animal Rescue went through all the questions about our living environment to make sure the dog was going to a right place, made sure that we were committed, not compulsive and showed us the papers with medical history and everything. Lulu is so happy being with other brothers and a sister and fit right in without hesitation. There are some dog rescues that only concentrate on making dogs adopted but Art and Paws Rescue really care for the dogs and we felt the right thing as dog owners. I decided to read the reviews and its pretty sad to see how a business owner responds to the public in such a condescending tone. Obviously complaints or any negative feedback she gets will never be handled correctly. I'm assuming the woman in the filtered pic with the bright red hair is the owner, who offers more than 1 person to "speak to a manager", I came to the pet store 3 times before finally leaving with my dog and each time I went Michael had to text the owner/manager with any questions that he couldnt answer. As another person mentioned, Michael was texting the owner and had to go back and fourth a few times with her before we were able to get everything we wanted for the price we paid. Its obvious the Owner prefers to go back and fourth through text messages with her employees. I'm glad my malamute turned out healthy but would rather not deal with them again since I see how the owner handles complaints. It's disgusting how sarcastic and unprofessional all the responses have been. Especially to Michelle H. and Lauras reviews, why even answer if it's not to make things right? Almost each person that gave a 1 star were concerned for the puppies because of the smell, poor customer service and the dirty cages. Instead of taking each review so personal and being obnoxious - Why not fix the problem? clean the cages, change the amount of puppies per cage, train your employees that they need to be interacting with customers and not eachother. Also letting people know about court dates that customers didn't show up to, screen shot conversations you guys have or breeding right disputes does not make anyone other than yourselves look foolish
