Hands down horrible grooming experience. I had called earlier requesting someone who knows how to do poodle hair and was assured everyone knew how and they get doodles daily so they are well educated on poodle/doodle cuts. The lady who checked me in was super condescending and was not friendly at all. I didn't know my dogs didn't have the bordetella vaccine and she was so rude and talking down to me to "educate me" of the risk. I told her I'll go ahead with it as my dog doesn't go to dog parks and she further said "well he's exposed to dogs cause here we have all kinds of dogs" ... Probably should've just left but I wanted my dogs hair groomed. I showed her a picture of what haircut he has had. I wanted one of my dog's haircut in the past and this is what they gave me. They told me they could touch it up within 3 days for free and I asked what they could do and was told it's better I just grow it out. Disappointed that they didn't offer me a solution to how they could fix it and yet they are the "expert" and still charged me full price ... now my dog has a botched haircut. Definitely DO NOT go to them if you have a doodle/poodle. This is poor service and quality. Pictures say it all, you be the judge. Not sure how someone could miss the inspiration unless they were amateurs. read more

This grooming business is quite busy and I had a three week wait for an appointment. When I went to pick my Kona up, I realized why they are so busy. Tory did a great job giving Kona the doodle cut that I've been wanting for so long. Other groomers would shave her legs down so much that she looked like she was walking on sticks, but not here! Tory gave her the teddy bear face doodle cut that other groomers I've been to for some reason can't get right. Also the price was reasonable and in line with the market. When I lived in the area, Keepet Groomed was the only groomer I went to. I had contacted many places but Keepet Groomed replied very fast and their price was reasonable. You can ask for a quote because it depends on the size of your dog. Thankfully this meant that until he was older, I wasn't going to overpay for a haircut. As soon as you enter, you can see the whole place. Sometimes you can see another dog getting groomed. These people don't have anything to hide and I really liked that. They have two gated rooms where dogs can wait their turn. I left my puppy with them and they called me a few hours later. I was only across the street at the gym so it was perfect. I literally told them to give me my dog back...that's how rude and confrontational they were. I have a long haired pug who I get a cut twice a year. Normally at another place (they were booked out two weeks and for good reason). Instead of being accommodating they questioned "why do you want his hair cut?" Instead of being nice and friendly they were detached and standoffish. How is someone qualified to do their job questioning cutting a LONG haired dog right before summer? That is like a mechanic asking why you want your car checked when the check engine light is on. This place is a joke, and I guarantee they do not last. We love it here. We take both of our dogs here to get groomed. Everyone is friendly and honest and the layout of the shop is nice too. They have dog beds for them to relax in their own little area. Parisa, my Yorkie, is a very anxious dog and normally marches around until I pick her up. There were a few times when I picked her up I caught her laying down on the dog bed. But this week I was told they will no longer be taking "senior" dogs, as they are too busy now. I was told I'd be better off with a mobile groomer so they can get her in an out quicker. They went above and beyond in groom my golden. They not only did any amazing job with the cut and de-shedding treatment, but they found fox tail stickers in her paws and removed them. They showed me how the foxtails can cause infection, etc. I wasn't aware of this. The de-shedding treatment lasted a few weeks which is amazing because It hadn't i the past (with other groomers). Forgot to call and make an appointment at my regular spot before the thanksgiving holiday. Called all around and no one could groom her. Finally called Keepet Groomed and left a message with little hope of an appointment. They called back within 1/2 hour. The lady that called me was so nice and called my vet prior to her same day visit to confirm vax. The store is clean and everyone was very nice. My pup came out looking clean and clipped and smelling good. I took one star off of this review because this place was way more expensive than anyplace I've taken any of my dogs. I mean the exact same service was almost $20 more than I have ever paid except for mobile service. I'm not sure if this was why I was able to get a same day appt during a holiday week but I think it probably was.
