I hired them and they completed the wiring and panel update but a little over a year later I started having intermittent flickering lights all around my house, I called them and they sent a tech out but the issue persisted over the next 3 months. The 3rd electrician that came out was Jon, he found the loose wire and fixed the issue under warranty with no issues. He told me my meter was outdated as the requirements changed about a year ago but it's not something I need to replace right now so he waited for a tech to come out so he could explain what needs to be replaced and I could get a quote without any confusion.
