Tyler explained everything and offered the choice of financing through the company or however I felt comfortabl. He also explained what was included and priced the job from beginning to end. He brought in the new furnace and took away the old with the old parts. There were no hidden fees tacked on and he is coming back in spring to check the AC. Everything went great. I highly recommend Tyler and this family owned business. He was prompt and efficient.

Hands down, best guys around. Not out to take your money. I've used them 4 times in the past 7…read moreyears at different properties. Twice, they just talked me through fixing the problem myself at zero charge. Both times they were spot on. They also walked me through getting warranty work that a contractor was trying to get of doing, again, they were spot on. They knew every trick they were trying to pull to get out of doing it. Free advice saved me a bundle of money again. The only time they actually came out to service my furnace, the technician spent an hour troubleshooting and found that the blower fan wasn't installed properly. He fixed the issue and only charged me for the service call. You don't find honest businesses like these guys very often. They could've attempted upcharging me for things I didn't need, but never even tried. Just good honest people that know their business well. I'll continue using them in the future for sure.
