They also walked me through getting warranty work that a contractor was trying to get of doing, again, they were spot on. They knew every trick they were trying to pull to get out of doing it. Free advice saved me a bundle of money again. The only time they actually came out to service my furnace, the technician spent an hour troubleshooting and found that the blower fan wasn't installed properly. He fixed the issue and only charged me for the service call. You don't find honest businesses like these guys very often. They could've attempted upcharging me for things I didn't need, but never even tried. Just good honest people that know their business well. I'll continue using them in the future for sure.
