Jerry had it fixed in no time, while I waited, said the chains had gotten off track because it wasn't properly prepared for the move. He showed me how to do that, and gave me a whole lot of info on the clock...how to hang it, how to level it by ear, not using a bubble level, etc etc. what a wealth of info he has, and so kind and willing to share his knowledge. I love these kinds of small "Mom and Pop" businesses, and you will too. If you need anything that has to do with clocks, give them a try, you'll love it!

It even has a speaker that can be adjusted on/off, different sounds, volume, and off at night! I am so happy with it , I just wish my Mom was here to see it. But now it can go back up on the wall. It's a beautiful piece and I will always think of my Mom when the time strikes haha but seriously Ward was awesome! It was done within basically 48 hours!
