The spray tans are natural looking and use organic products. The products smell so yummy. The staff at Azure makes me feel very comfortable with their spray tan procedures. My husband and I have gotten spray tans from Azure and we both agree they are the best! We've been going to Azure for over 10 years! My son drives in from Georgia Tech and my daughter drives in from Marietta just to get their done by Ryan at Azure. For the exceptional services they provide, their pricing is more than reasonable. They're conveniently located near the Harmony on the Lakes light in Hickory Flat part of Canton, which is about 5 minutes away from the downtown area at Exit 16. Why is black hair so difficult to color? I don't know. Everywhere else, my hair would eventually turn brassy orange. Ping's staff are professionals in what they specialize in; be it hair cuts or color. The owner Ping, is always gracious and keeps up with all the new trends. They play great music, all get along well, are licensed and have years of experience which almost guarantees your hair will not turn purple/green or burn & fall off by all the damage. They also do great cuts for men and kids. Complimentary beverages for those who smile and they also have this great appointment confirmation system that texts you reminders. Their prices are slightly more than the big chains, but overall they are very fairly priced for the high quality of services they offer. I almost hate to tell people about this gem because I know it will now become difficult to get in myself. I guess I will just have to book up. I recommend you book up at least a month in advance. We're so lucky to have places like this in Canton. If they can make a nerd like me look and feel beautiful, then it's worth trying right. For that, I am so grateful to Ping and her staff :) They have always had 5 stars in my heart. Sincerely, Lisa G. Long time client

My hair color was a train wreck, and I really wanted to go out for my birthday that night feeling confident with a new, bold look. The photos show the absolutely CRAZY transformation of my hair under these skilled stylists. Instead of wanting to put a bag over my head, I am over the moon when I look in a mirror now. Vivian has been doing hair since the 1980s, and she is truly a GENIUS. She was careful, ensuring that the bleach did not fry my hair, and she had the best ideas. It was a long process, of course, but worth all of the hours in her chair. If you need a hair miracle or a color correction like I did, I HIGHLY recommend Vivian and her team at Salon Arcaro without any hesitation. She KNOWS her trade, and she's TRULY a Master of hair ‼

I booked a Full Foils service online, which the salon's booking site clearly described as covering…read morethe entire head. I also submitted example hair color and cut photos through the booking site at the time of booking, which clearly show full-head highlights. During the appointment, the stylist, "Dallas" also verbally confirmed that I had specifically booked the Full (not "Partial") Foil service and agreed to provide it as booked. Despite this, I found out after the appointment, upon closer examination at home with hand mirrors, that the back and nape were not foiled at all, and that along the nape, the cut was uneven, choppy and didn't fall nicely. There was a very obvious, unattractive delineation between the highlighted and unlighted sections of the hair. This was especially obvious because the haircut was short and layered in the back. It became apparent to me that only areas that were immediately visible to me from the front, in the salon, had been foiled. The stylist was, therefore, dishonest about the service that he agreed to provide, and for which I was fully charged. Additionally, although I arrived early, I was forced to wait 30 minutes into my appointment slot while the stylist VERY slowly blow-dried another client's hair, with no explanation or apology for the delay. Despite this, I was very patient, polite and cooperative throughout the appointment. I politely contacted the salon, by email, within a few days after the appointment (well within their advertised 7-day adjustment window) and provided photos showing the incomplete color service. I didn't mention the haircut because I didn't want it further damaged and shortened if they offered to correct it. Their initial response was only a $20 refund offer, with no offer to finish the incomplete work. They also told me that I would need to drive to the salon (out of town for me) to collect the $20 refund. After several email follow-ups, the stylist eventually admitted to only providing "partial" foils and hesitantly issued a $140 electronic, partial refund to my original, credit card payment method. The process was unnecessarily slow, inconvenient and prolonged. Because of these delays, I was unable to schedule a correction appointment elsewhere in time for a holiday event that I was attending. The salon owner cited their independent stylist arrangement as limiting her ability to help with the issue, despite the salon's policy stating that they can override when necessary. The stylist, surprisingly, made a point of telling me not to book with him again in the future (as though I would), even though I was very polite, non-confrontational, and cooperative throughout my email communications and had done nothing wrong. I got the impression that he didn't like having to issue an honest refund and unprofessionally took it out on me. Takeaway for other clients: Carefully check the back of your hair (with two mirrors or photos) before leaving any appointment, especially for full foil services. Be prepared to advocate for yourself if something is missed, as resolution was not straightforward, correction appointments are not necessarily honored, and accurate and fair refunds are difficult. Be prepared for prolonged follow-up responses and to incur additional inconvenience and full-service expense to have incomplete services or unflattering results (at least from this particular stylist) corrected elsewhere. The post-service handling and overall experience, even by the salon owner, were very disappointing. Overall, I didn't feel valued or respected as a customer by the salon owner and this particular stylist.

It's such a hard decision to start over with a stylist and it's always a scary experience! At Jyl Craven, from the second I walked in the front door, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The ladies working the front desk were so sweet and welcoming, there was a cute little retail area to browse while waiting on your stylist and it's just an overall good feeling. Then, I met my new stylist, Morgan! I was randomly assigned a stylist when I made my appointment online but I'm so lucky that it was her! From the second she greeted me in the lobby she was bubbly, excited and so ready to get to know me!! I talked to her about some hair concerns I have and overall just explained why I was there, to meet a new stylist and get a quick trim for now. She was incredible, we chatted the entire time about so many great things and she just made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend trying to get an appointment with her! As far as the services go, the hair washing station is beautiful and more comfortable than any salon I've ever been in. The chairs they use while you're getting your hair done are also top of the line. And back to Morgan for a second, but that wash and scalp massage was the best I've ever received. I could have napped in that hair washing station I was so comfortable! Overall, I had a wonderful experience both in the salon overall and specifically with Morgan! I have been going through some personal struggles and Shane' my stylist was eager to help me for my second time in one year. I gave her a good review on FB with pics. Well as a single mom my kids go with me every where. This time I had my 12 and 6 year old boys. My 6 year old might look normal but he has a mental disability. He is add and adhd. He does take medication to help with is behavior. Now to what happened we were there roughly an hour into the process and wearing our mask as required for a six year old with the disability its, a challenge without a mask. He had a little melt down when my phone died and my oldest was trying to help him calm down then myself while I was in the chair. Shane' knows my son and treats him with care every time we visit. BETH yes BETH raised her voice called out his name and in a stern voice told him that they were busy and he needed to calm down. I looked at her to let her know of his disability and with disrespect she rolled her eyes and walked away. After knowing his disability I would have thought she would have apologized. Or being in her profession know how to handle situations with children that has mental disabilities. My son is not a bad kid and to treat him or talk to him as such you should be ashamed of your self. As not only clients saw what she did but so did other staff members. So if you were in the salon when all this happened I want to apologize to anyone of not just my sons meltdown but on behalf of Beth. I also what to think the other 2 employees that's work behind Shane' for telling me how sweet my boy was as he kept telling me how beautiful I was. He is a sweet kid and everyone saw that, he didn't deserve to be treated like that and it hurt me cause this is the time I saw. Things like this breaks my heart not knowing what others do when I am not around to help defend him. My name is Brittany and I have not one but 2 kids that has a mental disability and I am proud of them. As a reminder do not use BETH if you have a child that has a disability. Thank you Shane' and the other 2 staff members that saw I was upset and talked to me and it really helped to not make me cry.
