Also the cut was no where near the picture I gave her, shorter than I asked for and didn't even style it before I left. Yes $300 for this and I had to come home and somewhat cut my hair so I could at least manage it. Can't trust what anyone says as I went in 2 weeks before to make sure they could do what I asked and was assured they could. Not even close The back is way darker than the front as my daughter pointed out which the stylist never let me see the back of my hair. And still no one has reached out to me.

They are very accommodating for my busy schedule and always get me in on days when I call for a last minute style. I am super excited that they have expanded services to include spray tans. The spray tans are natural looking and use organic products. The products smell so yummy. The staff at Azure makes me feel very comfortable with their spray tan procedures. My husband and I have gotten spray tans from Azure and we both agree they are the best! We've been going to Azure for over 10 years! My son drives in from Georgia Tech and my daughter drives in from Marietta just to get their done by Ryan at Azure. For the exceptional services they provide, their pricing is more than reasonable. We are very fortunate to have them in our city.

I booked a Full Foils service online, which the salon's booking site clearly described as covering…read morethe entire head. I also submitted example hair color and cut photos through the booking site at the time of booking, which clearly show full-head highlights. During the appointment, the stylist, "Dallas" also verbally confirmed that I had specifically booked the Full (not "Partial") Foil service and agreed to provide it as booked. Despite this, I found out after the appointment, upon closer examination at home with hand mirrors, that the back and nape were not foiled at all, and that along the nape, the cut was uneven, choppy and didn't fall nicely. There was a very obvious, unattractive delineation between the highlighted and unlighted sections of the hair. This was especially obvious because the haircut was short and layered in the back. It became apparent to me that only areas that were immediately visible to me from the front, in the salon, had been foiled. The stylist was, therefore, dishonest about the service that he agreed to provide, and for which I was fully charged. Additionally, although I arrived early, I was forced to wait 30 minutes into my appointment slot while the stylist VERY slowly blow-dried another client's hair, with no explanation or apology for the delay. Despite this, I was very patient, polite and cooperative throughout the appointment. I politely contacted the salon, by email, within a few days after the appointment (well within their advertised 7-day adjustment window) and provided photos showing the incomplete color service. I didn't mention the haircut because I didn't want it further damaged and shortened if they offered to correct it. Their initial response was only a $20 refund offer, with no offer to finish the incomplete work. They also told me that I would need to drive to the salon (out of town for me) to collect the $20 refund. After several email follow-ups, the stylist eventually admitted to only providing "partial" foils and hesitantly issued a $140 electronic, partial refund to my original, credit card payment method. The process was unnecessarily slow, inconvenient and prolonged. Because of these delays, I was unable to schedule a correction appointment elsewhere in time for a holiday event that I was attending. The salon owner cited their independent stylist arrangement as limiting her ability to help with the issue, despite the salon's policy stating that they can override when necessary. The stylist, surprisingly, made a point of telling me not to book with him again in the future (as though I would), even though I was very polite, non-confrontational, and cooperative throughout my email communications and had done nothing wrong. I got the impression that he didn't like having to issue an honest refund and unprofessionally took it out on me. Takeaway for other clients: Carefully check the back of your hair (with two mirrors or photos) before leaving any appointment, especially for full foil services. Be prepared to advocate for yourself if something is missed, as resolution was not straightforward, correction appointments are not necessarily honored, and accurate and fair refunds are difficult. Be prepared for prolonged follow-up responses and to incur additional inconvenience and full-service expense to have incomplete services or unflattering results (at least from this particular stylist) corrected elsewhere. The post-service handling and overall experience, even by the salon owner, were very disappointing. Overall, I didn't feel valued or respected as a customer by the salon owner and this particular stylist.

Well as a single mom my kids go with me every where. This time I had my 12 and 6 year old boys. My 6 year old might look normal but he has a mental disability. He is add and adhd. He does take medication to help with is behavior. Now to what happened we were there roughly an hour into the process and wearing our mask as required for a six year old with the disability its, a challenge without a mask. He had a little melt down when my phone died and my oldest was trying to help him calm down then myself while I was in the chair. Shane' knows my son and treats him with care every time we visit. BETH yes BETH raised her voice called out his name and in a stern voice told him that they were busy and he needed to calm down. I looked at her to let her know of his disability and with disrespect she rolled her eyes and walked away. After knowing his disability I would have thought she would have apologized. Or being in her profession know how to handle situations with children that has mental disabilities. My son is not a bad kid and to treat him or talk to him as such you should be ashamed of your self. As not only clients saw what she did but so did other staff members. So if you were in the salon when all this happened I want to apologize to anyone of not just my sons meltdown but on behalf of Beth. I also what to think the other 2 employees that's work behind Shane' for telling me how sweet my boy was as he kept telling me how beautiful I was. He is a sweet kid and everyone saw that, he didn't deserve to be treated like that and it hurt me cause this is the time I saw. Things like this breaks my heart not knowing what others do when I am not around to help defend him. My name is Brittany and I have not one but 2 kids that has a mental disability and I am proud of them. As a reminder do not use BETH if you have a child that has a disability. I first visited Morgan at Studio 5 on my birthday, last month. Loved my inverted bob cut & the friendly staff! Just brought my daughter in yesterday & had an even better experience with her! She has a ton of hair & has had several bad haircuts in the past. She was skeptical changing stylists & after her first cut/style is much happier with Morgan's work & Studio 5's atmosphere & now doesn't want to go anywhere else! Morgan did a beautiful job on her very long hair. The owner even remembered me from my first & only visit, almost a month ago! I referred my mom & she made an appointment for next week :) We're hooked on Studio 5! Thanks for being great all-round! Keep up the great work y'all! Just wanted to give my feedback on my visit with this salon. I have lived in the Canton area since 1995. We moved here from Charlotte, NC. For all of those years I was driving to Atlanta to go to the "best" hair salon that I could find. I was so tired of driving so far and I was not pleased with my colorist, as you have a separate colorist from your stylist that I began a search closer to home. Who would have thought that I could find a gem right here in Canton? Jennifer does such a wonderful job and she is the colorist and stylist. I had an appointment earlier today and I walked out of there feeling so beautiful...at least my hair anyway! LOL! They are all very kind and I always leave there happy with my hair. This was my first visit to Salon 5 Salon & Spa, and it was fantastic. I saw Ashley V. and wanted to get a terrific bob. I have been wearing this style for years, but had let it grow out. It is a difficult cut to do, so I was a little worried about how it would turn out. This is honestly the BEST bob cut I have ever had. Ashley was absolutely terrific. She listened to what I wanted, and how exact and razor sharp I wanted the bob to look, with it being higher in the back and sloping down longer in the front. Wow, it looks fantastic!! My first time here and new to town I didn't really know where to go. I looked online and researched where to get a good cut and found studio 5 salon. I am 100% in love! Donna did my hair and at first I will admit I was nervous but she was amazing! I told her what i wanted and she started cutting, she dried me and showed me and I said I love it but lets go shorter and she was ok with it! She saod we should always start somewhere aka a bit too long and go from there. She cut me shorter restyled me and I loved it even more! I called to make an appointment and told the receptionist what I wanted and that it did not matter who I saw because it was going to my first time to the salon. So, they gave me Ali Landry and she was amazing! She listened to what I wanted (color, highlights, and cut) and she took her time, more than necessary to make sure I was happy with what the result was going to be. Makayla is amazing with color and cuts & styles my hair to perfection. I went to her with one idea and she was completely honest with me about the processing time frame and helped me pick out another color choice. DONT GO HERE. They ruined my hair and would not fix it. I paid over 200 for foil and they burnt it and added just black to my face and red bleed all over. Manager was to have it fixed and when I came in said I could not have my blond that I paid for hair to damaged. Come back 2 wks. Now they want me to pay them for it. My hair is burnt and not what I wanted and they refuse to fix it. Save yourself. Don't go here. read more

Jennifer skills as a hairdresser, colorist, and stylist are exceptional. I have never left her salon without feeling I got exactly what I wanted and more. Knowing he couldn't use it, he passed it on to me. Yay! Anyone with hair and female can definitely appreciate free when it comes to hair. The prices we pay for highlights, styling, hair products, cut, color. It's crazy. Walking in, this was a very artsy type salon to me. When I learned a little more about the salon, I see why. They offer makeup and they even have a studio for photography. Everyone that worked there seemed very fashion forward. The staff was very nice. Christina did my hair cut, and her assistant did everything else. The avocado mango mask was heavenly. It felt so nourishing to my hair, and then they put this hair cap on you and stick you under a dryer only it lets out steam. It seriously felt like a facial for your hair. It was awesome, and my hair smelled so good after I was done. I wish I could have that done once a week! My haircut was fine, nothing special, but I had just wanted a good trim. It feels a bit short, but I'm sure my ends needed it. They have the coolest wash area I've ever seen. You lay on bed-like pad, no chair! It has a rest for the back of your knees. It's the most comfortable way to get your hair shampooed ever! I loved it! Oh, and the hair products are from the UK, because Christina said the American products have ingredients that aren't good for your hair. There was one she used called Jungle Fever. It smelled soooo good! They also have little snacks, and even serve wine and soft drinks. Great way to unwind while you are getting your hair done. All in all, a great experience. I liked this salon. It doesn't cater so much to me with my straight hair, but that doesn't mean you can't come here. I think I should bring my daughter next time, and get another avocado treatment. Heavenly! That alone is worth the drive here.

Update for over a year later: I stand by my original review. If you're a girl with long curly hair…read moreand you're concerned about loosing your length you should know what happened to me. If you still want to try out a Deva cut, go for it. It may be for you. But I would recommend you be extremely clear about how much length your stylist is allowed to cut off. If you don't make yourself clear you could walk away 6 inches lighter. I did contact the salon immediately about the cut. I was crying before I even walked out the door. They did not charge me for services that day and had a manager come over and "fix" my cut. They also offered for me to come back in a couple months for them to keep trying to fix it, but since they butchered my hair so badly in the first place I would never trust them again. At the end of the day they still chopped off 6 inches of my hair and it did take me over a year to grow it back. Look at the photos. For any of you out there with long curly hair still reading this and searching for someone you can trust to cut your hair: message me. After years of searching I finally found someone I trust in a Midtown location.

Also, My brother has never liked getting his hair cut but when tanya cut his hair, he went on and on about how he loved the way she cut his hair. And all of the friends that I have recommended to her (some died their hair brown, red, blonde etc.) they were always 100% satisfied and only went back to Tanya. She also does my lash extensions and they last a month! And sometimes longer. I am not one to ever write reviews but I can't stress enough how much I love Tanya's work. She's so good at what she does!! I promise you she's not going to disappoint! 5 stars for Tanya! (Also she does exactly what you tell her to do instead of certain stylists that I have had before who try to "do their own thing" I like that Tanya does exactly what you want)!

I've been going here for years. I started seeing Lauren and then started seeing Morgan. I got my…read morehair done on 12/7 and it was awful. My hair was orange. I asked for a balayage and to bring my blonde up with a root melt. She claimed my hair was orange due to it being dark even though it was my natural grown out hair, that she has taken from dark to blonde before- with zero issyes. I didn't get what i asked for. No balayage, no root melt. The only melting that was happening was my hair. I stated I wasn't happy once I was blow dryed and Morgan "fixed" it by adding in lowlights and a partial refund. She claimed that toner wouldn't do anything (it would have) and for me to use purple shampoo (Purple wont / didn't tone the orange catastrophe that was my hair). I had to go to another salon and get it extremely color corrected and do lots of conditioning treatments to save the integrity of my hair. The stylist showed me parts of my hair that were gummy, overprocessed, broken off and extremely splotchy. I was completely upset by this. I messaged Morgan pictures of my hair, that the new stylist took, and asked for a full refund due to the damage done to my hair. Morgan ignored me and i never got the full refund I deserve. I do not recommend this stylist
