They had been enjoying…read moregoing there and my older daughter was the one who asked me to let her join and learn gymnastics. At a monthly evaluation recently, her coach made her do a combination movement that she did not want to do and she let her coach know that. She did not have the proper training or safety to perform it on her own. It ended up with her breaking her arm. Another family member had taken her to class that day and I have asked for a written explanation many times from the school and they have not responded. I did receive a call from one of the owners saying that she did not see what happened and she hadn't spoke to the instructor, which was not helpful to what I am asking - why was my daughter asked to do something on her own when she did not want to and without protections and without the necessary experience to execute the movement. On the call the owner explained that gymnastics is unpredictable, but that is why the school and instructors should be training in a way to avoid injuries. Some injuries may happen, but when making girls do things on their own when they are not ready is not right. Now my daughter never wants to do gymnastics again. She has gone through so much pain with her broken arm and a painful surgery. The school's silence on this is disheartening.

My daughter have been practicing almost a year in HRG and before that she used to practice gymnastics for years in another club. So what can I say: 1. HRG is young and very ambitious club. The athletes perform on competition and take high places. We have state and regional champions in HRG and members of National team. 2. The coaches are professionals. The main coach Valeria is passionate about rhythmic gymnastics, attentive to details, always in touch with updates in sports and put a lot of efforts to make club growing. She is open to conversation and as a parent I always can talk to her and discuss all of my questions. 3. Professional sports is a hard work both physical and psychological. And sometimes financial. So parents involving is highly recommended. I have to mention that it concerns athletes who already on level 5-6 and higher. 4. The atmosphere in the team is very friendly and supportive. The girls are the real friends. There are a lot of activities outside the gym - picnics, games, gatherings. So if you ready to be a champion you should go to HRG P.S. The gala shows are amazing!

All are top notch for different reasons. My daughter tried out for high school cheerleader and did not make it her first year. We enrolled her at HEC in private lessons. With hard work she improved tremendously within six months of tryouts. She tried out again and made the JV team at MHS, the following year tried out again and made varsity. HEC has a wonderful process to progress cheerleaders to reach their potential. Within her first year at HEC she could solidly do a full. The techniques she learned, helped her understand how to do a variety of cheerleading skills: jumps, spiriting and tumbling to name a few. My nine year old is all about having fun... and that is what she gets out of classes and summer camp! She loves it and always wants to go back. She constantly tells me stories about her coaches, and how friendly they are. Although having fun is number one on her list, I have seen her coordination and her confidence in other sports increase because of her gymnastics classes.

My daughter has consistently placed in most events and at the Simone Biles tournament she placed 2nd all around. Her Silver Team placed 1st! This is the first year for most of them and they are doing great! We HIGHLY recommend KIPS and are looking forward to continuing to learn and grow under Mr M and the staff's excellent coaching.
