Both classes I worked up a healthy sweat and had full body soreness the next day(s). They also offer Versaclimber classes, which I've yet to try, but the clients that walk out of that class are always drippin' in sweat! Brian P was working in the recovery center and was so knowledgeable about the equipment (to include the red light therapy and the Cryo chamber). Knowing I didn't live in the area so I couldn't sign up did not stop him from sharing so much info about the health benefits.
