Both times I took a class with Shannon H, who is great for instructing Lagree newbs and offering a quick refresher before class. Both classes I worked up a healthy sweat and had full body soreness the next day(s). They also offer Versaclimber classes, which I've yet to try, but the clients that walk out of that class are always drippin' in sweat! Brian P was working in the recovery center and was so knowledgeable about the equipment (to include the red light therapy and the Cryo chamber). Knowing I didn't live in the area so I couldn't sign up did not stop him from sharing so much info about the health benefits. Aside from weight, my physical strength has increased. Seeing muscles grow and feeling better. Jayson is patient, understanding and positive. Being in a gym like that with other athletes who are "fitter" can be intimidating, but Jayson doesn't make me feel any less and not only does he push me, but he also encourages me.
