This project consisted of knocking down a wall, moving plumbing and electrical, adding extra outlets and lighting. It also involved the tub removed and a tiled shower built and then the whole bathroom tiled. We ran into a couple of issues during the project from when the house was built. The contractors did a poor job when they ran the water lines and laid the foundation. Igor found and fixed the mistake. I am very happy with the work he and his crew did. I have asked them to quote me on the remodel of my other bathroom. All the other people that quoted me said this would take at least a month or more plus outrageous prices. This project was completed to perfection in 2 weeks. They were very tidy and professional, even with a cane corso dog bothering them the whole time.

Would definitely work with Yeromenko on future projects.

My wife and I decided to have our 1980s bathroom updated and have it more senior friendly, and from…read morerecommendations from a neighborhood facebook group we found Todd. Todd is the owner and president of the company and he came by to look at our bathroom and hear about what we envisioned for the remodel. Todd showed up on time for our consult, and was very friendly and knowledgeable, we discussed price and materials and came to an agreement on what we needed our budget to be. Todd wrote up a quote and contract, we reviewed and signed it, and agreed on a start time for the project. We met Todd at a material store and picked out all the tile and discussed fixtures. Todd has a cabinet maker that works with him and this worked out because we had a custom vanity in mind. The representative from the cabinet maker came by and got all the dimensions and finish choices that we requested. This remodel was going to be down to the studs, replace the tub with a walk in shower, plus a modification on two existing walls, and the installation of a door between the bedroom and bathroom, so it was a major project, but Todd assured us they were up to the task. Todd's and his crew showed up on the day we agreed on and after introductions, they got to work. Todd estimated 2-3 weeks, and they finished exactly at three weeks. Because of the new wall in between the bedroom and the bath, the bedroom walls were painted completely so everything matched. We also had custom shelves in our bedroom that had to be taken down while they painted, and they reinstalled them when they finished. Mario, the lead craftsman on the project was amazing, he truly a master craftsman who can do it all, carpentry, tile work, plumbing and electrical, and his helpers, Noe and Steven were very good also. The vanity top was custom cut by one of Todd's vendors and he did an exceptional job. Overall we love our bathroom, it is exactly how we envisioned it, and would recommend Stiefvater Construction highly. Todd went above and beyond managing the project and was very open to us picking out all the tile styles and paint colors. He checked in on a daily basis to see how everything was proceeding, and always kept us updated. If you have a construction project we would highly recommend you giving Todd a call, we are sure he could help you achieve your vision.

My project began as only a floor installation and grew to include repainting the entire house, remodeling the kitchen and two bathrooms, and creating a resplendent epoxy patio floor. I could write a paragraph about each of the following: Prompt, timely, effective communication Flexibility working with my schedule Excellence and attention to detail in all work Exceptional integrity, honesty, and pride in a job well done Going above and beyond to work with my budget and make my vision a reality Think of every horror story you've ever heard about a contractor; working with Todd Stievfater is the exact opposite. He wasn't satisfied until I was, and I do admit to having rather high expectations. From the smallest improvement to a full scale renovation, Todd Stiefvater considers every job an opportunity to honor God and leave a thoroughly satisfied customer. I am grateful to be one of them.

The work on their website is so stunning, I didn't think we could afford them! I was shocked when not only were their prices reasonable for the scope of work, they were actually the least expensive bid (by a lot)! We had our primary bath and closet painted, followed by wallpaper on one wall and the barrel ceiling as well as wallpaper in the powder room. The pictures don't do it justice. Not only did Juan and Marcos do an astonishing job of smoothing the walls (they were heavily textured), Juan was kind enough to match the paper for a trim ring going up with a new light fixture. The powder room was beautifully done and I can't find a seam anywhere! Our home was treated with respect, and is probably cleaner than when they started...lol! In regards to the painting, Eric was absolutely meticulous in his work. If you've ever painted on textured walls, you know how hard it is to cut in and achieve a straight line. He performed what is, by far, the best paint job I've ever seen. If you've made it this far, let me finish by saying that if you are looking for high quality work, you shouldn't consider anyone else. The entire staff is a pleasure to work with starting with Brad estimating and project managing, to Miranda and Amanda in the office, as well as the exceptional Eric, Juan, and Marcos.
