Excellent Service! Highly Recommended! Very professional, punctual, clean, honest, and reliable service! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service. I called Victor last night and had someone at my house the next morning. It's refreshing to find a company you can trust that truly values its customers. Excellent, excellent, excellent! I would give them more than five stars if I could! These guys are great we have used them many times for our outdoor plumbing needs and plumbing emergencies. Very communicative and friendly

I had a leak around the area of my primary shut of valve on the street level. The City arrived and inspected it and said it was located on my property side so I was responsible for finding and repairing the leak. I called 3 plumbers and all of them said it could be anywhere from the valve to the house - but none of them actually tried to find the leak but quoted me astronomical prices. I was desperate to repair this as my water bill skyrocketed and was fortunate to text De La Torre who responded immediately and sent a team out in 2 hours. The team actually tried to find the leak and provided a good estimate before performing work. The plumber was so honest that he said 90% of leaks are close to the valve and if you step on the grass area you can actually tell that its more damp than other areas. Unlike Olsen Plumbing, they didn't even try to find the leak and quoted me $15,000 stating that they wanted to change the entire water line to the house and cut into my drywall. De La Torte Plumbers worked hard to get the job done before the sun set and was able to finish it. Very happy customer here. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! De La Torre All Purpose Plumbing truly exceeded all my expectations. I had a stubborn main pipe leak in my garage that I'd been struggling to fix on my own for days. After hitting my breaking point, I found De La Torre Plumbing on Yelp--and honestly, they were a game changer. I sent them a text at 2:08 PM, and to my complete surprise, they showed up at my door 20 minutes later! I couldn't believe how fast they responded. Most places make you wait days just for an estimate, but these guys were ready to go almost immediately. Adrian took one look at the problem, knew exactly what to do, and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes. Seriously, 15 minutes! What I spent days trying to solve on my own, they knocked out like it was nothing. The pipe was fixed, leak gone, and I was left wondering why I didn't call them sooner. De La Torre Plumbing is not just fast--they're professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. If you need plumbing help, don't waste time like I did. Call them! They'll get the job done right and faster than you'd ever expect. Absolute lifesavers! **I've attached photos showing my not-so-successful attempt to fix the issue with rescue tape I bought from Amazon, and the incredible, professional job they did to fix it properly. The difference is night and day! read more

My daughter in law called me about their water heater not heating. With my son working out of the country I'm her point person. I looked on Yelp and decided to call De La Torre to fix the water heater. Turns up it was under warranty and De La Torre quickly went to get the parts and fixed the water heater. It was a quick response and fix. They did a great job. Thank you De La Torre! read more

So I have waited two months before posting this review as I wanted to be sure of the quality of work And yes, it has held up well To start off, you all know by now that private equity type firms have run rampant through the home service businesses with the associated cost inflation - you call an "AI" that directs you to a local agent and you get priced depending on where you live etc etc It was a true relief to find Victor and this gem of an independent outfit in OC They didn't hedge their response " oh we have to first be there to be able to quote you" When I described my issue over the phone, what I got was a straightforward quote for the actual task that I requested, not some "tiered pricing" for a "category of service" Victor arrived on time, and fixed the leaking shower as he promised, not even that he had to use an extra part to ensure the correct fit and didn't charge me extra for it This company is now on my saved contact list for any future plumbing issues. give them a shot, they will quickly become your favorite contractor too read more

I highly recommend going with De La Torre All Purpose Plumbing for your plumbing service and needs. I called after hrs (5:30pm) and was able to connect with Victor upon an emergency need with a clogged kitchen sink. Victor was able to confirm a service tech would be available that same evening. Within the following hour we had Eric swing by and resolve our clogged sink. Great and fair pricing and awesome customer service! I'm happy with my decision to hire this team and will be continuing to reach out to the De La Torre All Purpose Plumbing team for any future plumbing needs. Thank you for your support, we truly appreciate your prompt response and services! read more

Victor answered the phone instantly and the guys came out to hydro jet the bathroom in an Irvine condo. The bathroom drain pipe was stuffed solid after 35+ years of soap scum, etc... They snaked it first to make an opening and then ran the hydro jet machine. Cleaned up afterwards. The drain pipe is now unclogged and cleaned out! We liked De La Torre Plumbing so much. Their pricing, which we obtained on the first phone call, was lower than 6 other plumbing companies, that I had called for hydro jetting. We needed a kitchen sink at a single family house hydro jetted 2 business days later. Victor answered the phone and gave me the same price. They arrived the day that I called and were able to hydro jet from the exterior access. Everything is now clear! Happy again. read more

They are quick to respond, great customer service and excellent work. What else could you want. I highly recommend

My neighbor had used them and was very happy with their professionalism. I used them to remove my reverse osmosis system. They replaced an old gasket, sealed my sprayer hose, and even replaced a hose at no charge! The plumbers were very friendly and I will not hesitate to use them again. I feel that they were honest, and cared about doing a good job. They understood my concern for being in a condo on the second floor, and made sure that I felt secure that I would not have any leaks that would affect my downstairs neighbors. Truly a fabulous organization! read more

Victor came out within one hour after my call. We've been having problems with our tankless water heater for months. Thanks Victor!!!! read more

I went to take out the old shower cartridge that had been in there for 21 years and it literally fell apart! I called De La Torre based on their yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. Victor and his helper were great! They wound up being late due to a previous appt but they texted me before their arrival time to let me know, (a common courtesy that many trades have forgotten). The price would have been high if I'd had an actual appt during the week for service, BUT, this was an emergency call on a Saturday and they were out within 5 hours. With that in mind the price was fair and reasonable. I would definitely call them again in the future - hopefully not for any more emergencies though. =) read more

Victor was very nice on the call. Adrian was able to come over quickly and put a quick fix on my leak so that we can turn the house water back on. Very appreciated in helping out in the Mother's day weekend. I plan to use them for other plumbing needs in the future. read more

My heroes!! Can I tell you how nice it is to call and speak to an actual plumber?! THANK YOU Victor for answering your phone, versus getting a call center or dispatcher; that was my first two calls. In less than an hour Adrian was at our house looking into the problem. And within an hour it was fixed. It was the simplest transaction, which after that stress was greatly appreciated. As well as having working toilets again lol. Won't need to look for another plumber again, we've got one now saved in our phones. TIP: they are truly a 24/7 plumbing service. Don't bother with the others just call them. They will actually take care of you. read more

We really appreciate how honest and good the service provided by De La Torre All-Purpose Plumbing is; our garbage disposal was not working and we thought it had to be replaced; Juan from De La Torre came to look at it and instead of telling us we needed to replace the garage disposal, he took a look at it and discovered it had a small item in it that set the breaker off; he got it running for us in no time and we did not have to incur the cost of replacing a garbage disposal. We will call on Juan and De La Torre All-Purpose Plumbing in the future when plumbing work is needed. They deserve all the stars they can get. read more

Please call Victor and Vladimir for all your plumbing services!! They came bright and early on a Sunday, right before Memorial Day. Our shower faucet wasn't turning off and we frankly needed help fixing this. This was late at night. Luckily we were able to shut the water off for the whole house while we looked for a 24 hr plumber. We received a text from their team after calling so many numbers. They asked for a photo and quoted us a fair price and we set an appt for early Sunday morning. They were punctual, respectful, and professional. They were in and out of our hair in less than a half hour. Will definitely be calling them for future services! read more

We called De La Torre Plumbing a couple months ago to fix our water heater. Vic & his team came out, solved the issue and have not had a problem since. Today, we had a different issue: no hot water. We called Vic, for his services. We had already resolved the problem before he got here. He was kind enough to swing by anyways to make sure everything was in order for us (at no charge)! My water heater broke and I reached out to this company. Not only did they have the best price, but I'm impressed by their integrity. Victor (the owner) coordinated whole process. Jonathan and Alan came out the next day and replaced the water heater. Unfortunately, my old water heater had rust on the bottom and in the process of removing it, rust stains were left on my driveway. Jonathan and Alan worked hard and were able to get most of the stains out. However, there was one resistant spot. On another day, Adrian and Reyes came back with a pressure washer scrubber and removed the stain. They went above and beyond, since not only did they remove the stain, they pressure washed the whole driveway to ensure it would match. This is a company you can trust. They stand behind their work and ensure the job is done right. read more

These guys are the ultimate professionals. I had a bit of an emergency issue with a broken/stuck shower cartridge, and Victor and team came to the rescue on a Sunday night. They were at my doors less than an hour after I had first reached out, and got right to business. They were helpful and knowledgeable, and got the job done efficiently. They even made a last-minute trip to the hardware store to pick up new replacement parts. They were also respectful of the house and cleaned up after themselves after the job was finished. Pricing was fair given the emergency call on a Sunday night. Their responsiveness and availability on a weekend night was a life-saver! Excellent service with great attitudes. I'll definitely be giving Victor and team a call for all future plumbing needs. read more

These guys are top notch! I needed a house call for a clogged main line and sewer back up, on a Saturday, and Adrian and his crew showed up within a couple hours and knocked out the job instantly. We had an issue with a hose fitting and the spigot pipe that a handy man told us to get a plumber involved since he couldn't fix our issue. We were referred to De La Torra Plumbing and talked to Victor about our issue. He was able to accommodate our schedule, and his team arrived on time (Eric and someone else's name I didn't catch). They were able to fix our issue in minutes, and I was kind of shocked, seeing that my household and a handy man tried to fix it before them. Definitely would recommend! read more

Victor and team were a great find on Yelp! Victor answered his calls quickly and answered all my questions. Prices were fair and the work was absolutely worth it. I had called around a bit and this was the best find. I wanted to get our 2 toilets replaced and the angle stops replaced as well. Martin from the team showed up on time, was able to get the toilets and angle stops replaced and left the area clean and like they were never there. Their time estimate was accurate as I was working while they completed the installations earlier than estimated. They were also kind enough to haul away the old toilets and boxes (so convenient! I hate dealing with the boxes afterwards) Thank you Victor and Martin! read more

After a terrible experience with my home warranty and their recommended business I was at my wits end.
