Stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant prior to going to a concert. According to my husband, "best food I've had in Prague yet". He ordered the ribs. I had the country salad which was so-so. Unique dish but the lettuce was soggy due to the mix of potato, eggs and dressing. The goat cheese bread to complement it was delicious though. We also tried the potato pancakes for an appetizer and these were good, as well as are a true Czech food so it was fun to try.
The ambiance was nice. Quiet (even though a handful of tables occupied) Good lighting, fairly good service (a little slow at the start in taking our order), no language barrier with the server though.
I would recommend this restaurant. Other menu items looked good and prices were reasonable. read more
