Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and very understanding of the challenge I was facing. With little wait I was seen by the doctor and had X-rays taken and was explained the cause of my dilemma - likely a pinched nerve in my lower spine. Following some initial pressure relief and decompressing, the next few days swiftly improved my pain level and mobility. Within a few weeks I was as good as before, probably better. I also appreciate the little suggestions about simple improvements to the daily routine to focus on the cause of the issue and its prevention for the future. I much appreciate the proper cause of treatment without taking any unnecessary shortcuts, yet moving at a rate as fast as my body was able to adjust. The accommodation of visiting hours and extremely friendly and professional staff made the overall experience easy and pleasant. I can strongly recommend the offices of Dr. Levitt and appreciate the ongoing "maintenance" treatment plan to help me from finding myself in a "pinch" anytime soon.

I wanted to try a more 'holistic' approach to my increasing and debilitating pain, and also to learn how to prevent them in the future. When we are in pain we expect a quick if not instant relief from our pain, thus seeking an instant relief from the above mentioned. Chiropractors and Acupuncturists have a more difficult task of making us feel relief in "one" visit otherwise they are condemned as "they don't know what they are doing". My experience with Dr. Matthew Westrich was extraordinary. His recommendations to me for my condition of a pinched nerve in my neck with shoulder pain radiating to my hands was to see him two to three times a week for adjustments. After my first visit with Dr. Westrich, my pain went from a 20 to a 4!, I had so much relief that when I went home I started doing house work for over two hours and hurt my shoulder again. Since then, I've seen him 4 times and I'm 90% back to normal. I'm sleeping better and my hips and my sciatica are doing great!! My suggestion is just give it a try sooner than later. If you need surgery then go that route, but why not try something where, with his help, your own body can help you heal yourself!!! 1000% recommend Dr. Westrich and the rest of the people at his practice. p.s. I suffer from Diverticulitis and can I tell you, I have tried many probiotics and enzymes before. So far the one he has, has been doing wonders for my colon. I went for a couple of visits in October and again in January. The office is located in a small plaza with a free parking lot. Although it is not the biggest, there are a couple of private rooms and each treatment area is separated by screens. All of the people who work in the office are professional and courteous. On your first visit Dr. Goodrich really takes the time to get to know you and your needs. She does not try to "sell" you on any of the other services which I really appreciate. The office is equipped with many tools and gadgets to assist with diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Goodrich explains each of the assessments and ensures that you are well-informed about the treatments. I was already bought into the idea, and benefits, of chiropractic care but for someone who is unsure or just getting started, this approach will definitely put you at ease. I've had two massages with Karen, the LMT, and she is absolutely the best. Although you cannot use insurance for the massage services, the prices are extremely reasonable and I find that pairing the chiropractic services with the deep muscle work that Karen provides is an effective one-two punch to cure whatever ailment you may have.

I printed and filled out the new patient intake forms ready for my appointment in a neat manila envelope. I get a call from the secretary that he is observing the Holiday on Monday, okay no problem. I asked when he's available, sometime afternoon so I could arrange it during my lunch break. She tells me that doctor is available at 1pm on Wednesday, perfect. I received a text to confirm my appointment and replied with Y for Yes and they reminded me to bring my forms. I was punctual to my appointment, and as I was about to call the office, as they instructed me to do so, upon arrival, I'm bombarded with the doctor and a thermometer gun straight to my head without a hello. For practicing alternative medicine and not standard allopathy, it's a pretty telling signal if they're completely okay with pointing an infrared laser directly at your pineal gland so nonchalantly. FIRST red flag and probably the biggest one! I already felt uneasy this was the man that was going to be practicing on me... Then the short little red head secretary running around telling you to wash your hands, super stringent on the COVID protocols. Is anyone going to tell them immunity is innate and not injected? Terrain theory trumps germ theory and being hyper paranoid about pathogens/mibcrobes/etc. They had their masks on, the secretary wore hers below her nose, but was adamant about my washing my hands, when I'm about to touch the pen she JUST handled to fill out another form. Absolutely ZERO logic or common sense. I wait in the room as she starts filing my paperwork, while the doctor enters another room and sees a patient who entered after me. I asked the secretary what time her appointment was and she told me 1pm, so apparently they double book patients, and that's their standard protocol. Which again makes ZERO sense, knowing my visit was going to be longer as it's my first and the doctor would have to go over medical history etc. After waiting around 10 minutes and still not being seen by the doctor, I asked to have my forms returned to me yet the secretary didn't want to hand them to me and rudely said "You have issues" Issues for doing things logically, efficiently, effectively and orderly? Apparently common sense, consideration, and courtesy in our degenerate society is now having "issues". Who would ever want to be a patient here?
