I'm not saying the work was poor 100% - I don't know what happened, but my body did NOT respond well. It put me into deep spasm and a began a long difficult period with my back that was so hard to unravel. I never saw a chiropractor again, and went to PTs instead until... December 2024 I received a massage from his office therapist at her location (Michelle Jacobs, also INCREDIBLE). My neck and back were a MESS after working Art Basel. I was in so much pain and worried I'd take it with me to NY to take care of my parents. Michelle did wonderful things for it but... it's clear I was out of alignment. She said - GO to Dr. Grossman. I told her my story and said no. She said, trust me, he's gentle. I'd heard that before, but decided to try it, though I was full of fear the same events would occur. I went to him on a Friday. He adjusted me, and I had no negative affects. I felt some improvement, but I wasn't totally relieved, though 60% improved! He said, come back tomorrow. I hesitated. I said I didn't want my body to get addicted to need adjustments all the time, and felt suspicious that chiropractor work would do that. He said trust me. Again for some reason... I did. I went back the next day. After that 2nd session - I was 100% relieved of my pain. I went to New York and carried a heavy backpack and suitcase, and the work he did STAYED with me. No pain. No issues. Unheard of for me. I felt he was a miracle worker. I wish I'd met him sooner. He's so kind and gentle and gave me tips how to deal with my dad who'd had a stroke in the hospital and help his brain. I'm so glad I could make the trip feeling good so I could be a beautiful support for my family, instead of feeling only half whole and in pain. Go to Dr. Grossman. He's wonderful :)

I asked her why she was so hostile and in my face for a service i prepaid $150 for, and i advised that if it cut into my 90 minutes then so be it for him to set up properly. But that no one is Allowed up while i am not Home. I let her know her customer service was horrible for the fact that i was in my apartment at 938 and she's yelling and whining on the phone to me how i could do such a thing. She proceeded to hang up and cancel our appt. I then proceeded to text saying we don't mind if we lose 5 minute of our appt and she had already cancelled our appt and made the therapist leave due to her saying i have an attitude, i am entitled and immature. Entitled to the appt i paid for and waited a week for? Yes i am entitled to the service i paid for and was sitting in my apartment at 938 waiting for. Immature ? I was not the one who hung up on a client and then proceeded to rage text them about how they don't do business with people who have bad vibes and cancel An appt again that i paid for. I am not a fan of needles, but living with pain at least 4 days a week every month is unbearable. So, after intense googling & web searching, I found Veronica's practice. I choose her office because it was nearby and her website shows that she specializes in women's issues. On my first visit, I was in pain and I was floored when my pain just vanished after one session. I considered that maybe it was all in my head, but after three months I am convinced that acupuncture has definitely alleviated my painful periods. A friend told me about Dr Moyal. I have been using the DRX protocol for about 5 weeks now. The pain has gone wrong 30 over 10 (meaning the worse pain experience) taking Opium based pain killer oxycodone every 3 hours to "survive" to now between 3-4 over 10 only with just 1 Aleve a day. I can now function almost normally, but with great care. It is very expensive, about $5000 for a duration of care over 4-6 months. But it may help me to avoid a very expensive and dangerous surgery. After my first appointment, I knew I was in the right hands, based on Dr. Ruggiano's knowledge and amazingly straightforward bedside manner. I walked in with some crazy intense knot and severe shoulder pain. Instead of just the basic review, he went ahead and set me up with an electro-heat -magic treatment (my words) that really helped to loosen things up before my first adjustment. As for my chronic problems, I am definitely seeing improvements. I know my neck will take a while to feel better, but my TMJ and my foot issues (left over form a sprained ankle a 6 months back) are waning. I am even sleeping on my back!
