I love Dr. Ruggiano! After my first four adjustments and neuromuscular massages, I am already feeling healthier. I decided to try out a chiropractor to help me with a few chronic problems I've had for most of my adult life, due to far less intrusive treatment methods. After my first appointment, I knew I was in the right hands, based on Dr. Ruggiano's knowledge and amazingly straightforward bedside manner. I walked in with some crazy intense knot and severe shoulder pain. Instead of just the basic review, he went ahead and set me up with an electro-heat -magic treatment (my words) that really helped to loosen things up before my first adjustment. As for my chronic problems, I am definitely seeing improvements. I know my neck will take a while to feel better, but my TMJ and my foot issues (left over form a sprained ankle a 6 months back) are waning. I am even sleeping on my back! This is particularly impressive, because I usually sleep like a maniac twisted up like a Twizzler. Everyone at BFC is friendly and extremely helpful. I also love my new massage therapist, Ian! I want to start by stating that I was first skeptical about getting a realignment. But wow I feel better than ever. Not only did Dr. Ruggiano make me feel comfortable and welcomed. But he walked me through the steps and made sure he was performing the proper alignment using imaging. I have gone to a chiropractor once before who just realigned you and sent you on your way. Dr. M has known Dr. Ruggiano from BFC since college and is his Doc of choice for his own adjustments, so that is saying a lot. When I shared with him that I was looking for someone to help me out with some cold laser therapy because I've been suffering from a craptastic case of patella tendonitis or jumpers knee he was quick to refer me to BCF because not only Dr. R is a trusted friend but he has also got the laser equipment. I made my way down there and I found Dr. Ruggiano to be very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about balances in the human body outside of strictly spinal subluxations. I'll keep seeing Dr. R at BCF for my knee issue and if I suddenly find Dr. M unavailable then I might have to test out his buddy's chiropractic skills. BEST CHIROPRACTOR I've ever been to. I started going to Dr. Ruggiano because I had a constant pain on my lower and mid back. After going to him for less than a month I started feeling way better. I continue to go to him just because I feel new after every adjustment. They recently started doing facials. I normally have dry skin and use products from publix and never had a facial before so I thought what the heck, lets try it. I loved the facial so much and the products as well. I bought the products to continue using it. It's been a week so far and the products work really well. When I went back for my adjustment this week I saw Barbie as well to get another facial! After having a lower back pain for a week I needed to find a way to feel better so I thought that a chiropractor could help. I did research on a few places around my area and found Dr. Ruggiano and Brickell Family Chiropractic and made an appointment. This was my first time to a chiropractor and didn't know much about the practice but Dr. Ruggiano and the staff were very nice, helpful and explained everything to help me. Dr. Ruggiano took the time to explain the importance of having your spine checked in a way that was easy to understand and how vertebral subluxation can be affecting me and no symptoms are felt. The staff was also helpful to let me know about Chiropractic USA to help me with my payment offering a discount for my treatments. It's been a month of twice a week adjustments and other exercises and I have never felt better. Dr. Ruggiano is great at adjusting the back neck and other places that need it.
