He is an amazing chiropractor and I would know because I have been to great ones and a few bad ones too. I tweaked an old knee injury and was having pain, achiness and cracking in my knees, and was very concerned it would be a long recovery process similar to what I experienced when I first injured them. He was able to see me as a new patient relatively quick and spent a full hour with me and by the time I left, I was feeling much better. I got to Miami with a shoulder injury and I found this place through Yelp after seeing the amount of good reviews that they have. I was seeing by Dr. Matt, which received me super well and guided me through his technique and also accommodated a later appointment because I couldn't make it earlier. He found the spot where it was hurting and immediately start treating. If you never been to a chiropractor before, pain is part of the process, but don't worry you will heal much faster because he knows what he is doing. I have been experiencing low back/hip pain for the past few weeks. I had persistent pain in my shoulder for years that sometimes also caused headaches or pain in my arms and fingers. I went to visit Dr Pollack and explained the pain I had and he fixed it with a quick adjustment. The pain went away immediately and the nagging pain and headaches I've had for years hasn't come back in the 5 weeks that have passed since. I had an amazing experience here! Matt is amazing at what he does. If you're looking for a new chiropractor, look no further. I am an occupational therapist by trade so I know that the muscles and bones are clearly interconnected. But I've always wondered why chiropractors only worked with aligning the bones. From my perspective, if you get a great adjustment but your muscles are still unbalanced and tight, you will inevitably pull back into the same pattern shortly after leaving your chiro appt. I love that Matt focus on releasing areas of tension in the muscles and tendons before/during/after the adjustment. That way the alignment of the spine stays for longer!
