I was really happy at the beginning Dr Hector and Dr Kale in Brickell are amazing buy the girls helping there were really rude to me , I went a Friday there were more than 15 people inside, I didn't want to wait inside because to with many people didn't feel safe so I told them I was outside waiting and pass 3 people before me even dough I told Sandra and she said this is how it works now so I left ( I live 40 minutes away ). Came back Monday and the same thing happened, I was waiting outside and I told another woman that was more rude and keep passing all the people that came after me So having so many people inside and not being respectful with someone that's afraid of it's health is unacceptable It's imposible to speak with a manager or owner or someone with a little of common sense or even some education read more

I really like coming here especially since it's a quick process. You scan your card, her adjusted within a few minutes, and walk out feeling a lot better. I signed up for the membership last year and was able to lock in the $39 per month rate. Now they bumped it up to $49. The membership includes 6 monthly adjustment and one shot (B12, Vitamin C, Biotin, Gluthatione, and others). I am one where health and wellness is one of my passions and totally believe in holistic treatments as what's being offered at this particular location of SnapCrack. They do chiropractic care as well as vitamin and mineral injections as well as direct treatment via IV. I did the immunity vitamin mineral IV. I felt instantly these vitamin and minerals in my bloodstream and felt really great and like new afterwards. The IV treatment takes 17 to 20 mins. They have several choices of treatments with immunity being one of them. If you are sore from a workout, they have a recover cocktail as well as for hangovers and there's the NAD+ which is anti -aging, anti inflammatory stress free treatment. Took a chance on this place because I thought, my hip hurts, my foot hurts and I'm sure my neck needs adjusting. Well I'm just going to say, I'll be sore tomorrow. The doctor, who never introduced himself, threw all his body weight on me to crack my lower spine and nothing moved. It was the worst adjustment I've ever had. They don't do X-rays, they do less than 3 minutes massage with a massage gun and the "doctor" comes in rushed and doesn't do anything. He literally saw 5 people in less than 10 minutes - how? Do not go here - look for a real chiropractor. read more

This place is terrible! Worst customer service ever!! The number they provide is a call center in Oregon, so if you ever need to talk to a manager, forget about it!!! I have been requesting medical records for MONTHS now and they won't provide them even though is their LEGAL obligation. Snap Crack was the first time I had seen a chiro in several years, as my last experience with one was less than stellar. To say I was nervous is an understatement! The office is adorable, small but there's a space for everything. I was greeted by two very nice girls and they explained the process and got me signed up with my own 'token' so that the next time I came in I just had to scan that and not fill out paperwork each time. I was seen by Dr. Hector. He noticed my nervousness and immediately put his hand on my shoulder and told me he would explain everything he did before he did it. He did a quick eval, and told me as soon as I laid on the table 'that lower back pain you mentioned, it's worse on the right side right? I can tell by the way you're laying.' I was sold. The adjustment was quick and painless, the sounds the tables and tools make is worse haha I think thats what was making me nervous! I said yes to having my neck adjusted and OMG that felt so good! I've already told my entire office about my experience, as I will most certainly be back to see Dr. Hector again. read more

Amazing service! Everybody is extremely nice and they make you feel at home. I never got my back cracked before so I was a little bit nervous going in there since I didn't know what to expect. I got treated and had my neck and lower back cracked like never before! I never knew my body could make a noise like that in my life. Hence the name snap crack chiropractic because you legitimately feel it snap and crack! I felt amazing and it's definitely worth the $29! My wife and I both had adjustments. It was a fast and easy to sign up. They give you tokens that you can take a picture of for faster check ins for future visits. After the adjustment I felt a lot more movement in my neck and really glad that I had gone. My wife has prior whiplash issues and let them adjust her neck. She goes to physical therapy and said that her neck felt better after the one session with Snap and Crack than several years of her physical therapy. With more locations opening up, I might see if one is closer to south beach. Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly and the location was clean. I'll travel for this location again. read more

Dr. DeJesus & Dr. Blanco are both miracle workers. Without them, there is no way I would be able to walk upright. I visit them weekly if not twice a week, and I always leave there feeling like a million dollars.
