Rude staff. The cashier could use more training on not being rude to people who are trying to be nice to her

I've been on a grilling marathon this past year, and if you've bought meat lately, you know how…read moreexpensive it's become. While driving back to Northern California, I happened to stumble across Vallarta Supermarket, and I'm glad I did. The first thing that stood out was how clean the store was. The produce and displays were immaculate, everything looked fresh, and the entire market was well organized. The spice aisle was another pleasant surprise, it had just about every seasoning I was looking for, making it a one-stop shop for grilling. What really blew me away, though, was the meat department. The selection of pre-marinated meats was incredible, with everything looking fresh and ready for the grill. Best of all, the prices were a fraction of what I've been paying at the traditional grocery stores I usually shop at, making it an outstanding value without sacrificing quality. The staff was friendly and always willing to help whenever we had questions. Even with a slight language barrier at times, everyone made the effort to assist us, and that level of customer service was appreciated. This was my first visit, but it definitely won't be my last. If you're into grilling, looking for quality meats at reasonable prices, or just want a clean, well-stocked supermarket with a great selection, Vallarta Supermarket is absolutely worth checking out!

I've had New York steaks that are to tough to even chew. I had diesmillo, arrachera, and beef riblets. All 2/10. Marinated or not the meat is horrible. Would NOT recommend meat from this place. The food court is spectacular with great food and prices. The tamales are a 9/10! Super delicious. Sad to see the meat is nowhere near the rest of the departments.

After a failed attempt to go to Forever 21 nearby, I decided to try my hand at thirfting here. The…read morefact that it's located in a decent shopping center and looks like any other storefront from the outside, except for the giant blue letters stating what store it is, is an indicator that this Goodwill is one of the best I've seen. Inside, they have new (yes, new, as in random items like socks and snuggies) and used items. This Goodwill is the most organized I've ever seen. Everything is organized by what type of clothing it is (shirts, shorts, tank tops, pants, jean pants), size (s, m, l, xl) and color! It made it a lot easier to browse. There isn't separate tags on everything like other Goodwill's I've seen. Everything of that type was had a marked price. Skirts for 2.95, jackets and blazers for 5, jeans for 5.95 etc. The clothing selection is clothing only someone who is on a budget or who truly know the art of thrifting can appreciate. There shoe selection was small but had decent shoes and some new shoes as well. Overall, I wish more Bay Area Goodwills could look like this, I might frequent them more often!
