I am thrilled to not have to drive downtown Chicago or to Oakbrook for a nice pair of jeans! I got to visit the boutique on it's opening day this past Saturday and found so many cute things. The store was packed, which is exciting as it means there are a lot of people who will be supporting it so we can keep places like this in our town. The owner was so kind and did an amazing job with the space. The prices are mid range, which is nice. It isn't over the top, but it also isn't cheap. I love the selection she has. She even commented on how she only orders a limited run of each item so that you don't see everyone around town in the same thing, so smart! This is an amazing addition to the new Centennial Village space and something this area needed!

I said okay no problem I was in the dressing room going to try on this dress she said oh no please don't try it on your two big like me which I am not big I am busty and she said I was going to put it online and sell it for a lot of money....... she was very rude and quote stated no I do not want you try the Dress because the seams are going to bust open I was very hurt I don't know if it was because I was Hispanic but she assumed I couldn't afford it I do not recommend people to go there she is supporting cancer and that's great but there's no need for her attitude like that she could have came at me nicer. And discriminating somebody on their size and judging a person's economic status based on their looks its not cool.

I feel most of the prices at Kohls are higher than normal. But if you pay full price you're not doing it right. Using the kohls app and the multiple coupons they give out is the only way to shop here. I know they are struggling with staff and technology issues like everywhere else. But ordering online and picking up curbside just is NOT efficient. I had waited almost one hour (55 min) to pick up an order from notification in spot 4 until delivery to my car.

I stopped in recently looking for a pair of dress shoes and ended up spending quite a bit more time browsing than I had planned. They had a pretty impressive selection of name-brand shoes and clothing, with some genuinely good discounts compared to regular department store prices. The store was reasonably clean and organized, although a few sections were a little picked over. The shoe department in particular required some digging to find the right sizes. I did eventually find a pair I liked at a price that was significantly better than what I expected to pay. The employees I interacted with were friendly, and checkout was relatively painless. Nothing extraordinary, but a perfectly pleasant shopping experience. My one complaint is that the pricing can be a little inconsistent. Some items are fantastic bargains, while others don't seem much cheaper than what you could find elsewhere. You really have to pay attention rather than assuming everything is a deal. Overall, a solid four stars. Definitely worth stopping in if you enjoy finding good brands at discounted prices, especially if you're willing to spend a little time looking around.

This place has to be the goofiest business I've been in in a while…read more Picture this..... there's two lines one for returns and one for purchases. There's two customers that mistakenly stood in there returns line. There's NOBODY ELSE IN EITHER LINE. Just the two customers wanting to make a purchase. The cashiers would not sell them any bring until they walked all the way around the return aisle and stand in the correct line. There was no one else in line........no a single person but the two people wanting to make a purchase. So the customers walked back to the line and the cashier called on them. It's almost comical. I've tried this place a minimum of three times. The first it looked like they were going out of business because clothes were thrown everywhere. Second time was similar, this was the third. There's plenty of options in the area to shop elsewhere and I would not recommend this one.

So, I cannot use the dressing room and at times items that I try on need to be returned. I also have a service dog. The sales person denied my return because there was a dog hair on a dark green top and the tag came off and was in the bag. All receipts were in the bag and nothing was damaged or worn. The manager was next to her and was chiming in and said she was allergic to dogs, while holding up the top and making fun of it like it was going to bite her, it was very embarrassing, dramatic and I was speechless. The associate was so flustered that she couldn't even input my information in the register. I would warn anyone with disabilities not to enter this store as I wouldn't want anyone else to experience this humiliation and be a target of your uncontrolled situation. I will be contacting the corporate office.
