But somehow we missed Nordstrom Rack.It was 102 today when we entered the store located in the upscale Riverwalk Shopping Center. I liked Nordstrom the minute I felt the cool AC. Nordstrom is a large, open store featuring quality merchandise We looked in a lot of travel departments In all those stores. Nordstrom hands down had the largest selection of luggage sets, brand names many different sizes soft and hard cases most with the desired spinners. I was impressed. We were done no more shopping anywhere else or on Amazon. We easily decided on the Travel Pro brand, it had excellent reviews my set is grey my wife picked out a black set. Great price a friendly Andrew checked us out and explained the generous return policy. I didn't shop except for luggage I'll return after our vacation Check this store out.

This store has always been subpar compared to other Rack locations, but so is everything in Bakersfield. We seem to attract the B grade of every large chain. This location on Stockdale in the Riverwalk has always been sparsely stocked and has a paltry men's and children's departments. Today I had a very unpleasant interaction with the store manager (didn't catch her name, older lady). She was extremely unpleasant for a mistake THE STORE made and lacked customer service skills in a major way. Upper management needs to reevaluate and revamp this location entirely.

I bought a dress at another store and was looking for a special bra to go with it. The sales associate Tish was so helpful and brought me all different ones to try out. While I was doing that, my friend found a dress, they only had one and it was in my size. Tried it on and fell in love with it. We were able to use Torrid cash and a reward. We got an $80 dress for $13. What a deal! This store is beautiful. The dressing rooms are nice and spacious. They have two comfortable chairs that you can sit in if you're waiting for somebody, they even gave us a water. I'm sure it will get better into August and September during change of season too. Yes, young misses, petites, women office work outfits, intimates, hoodies, jeans, yoga pants, etc. I usually go for beautiful dresses, unique styles, and look for the lighter weight fabric items for summertime. Colors totally touched my taste in clothes. Very stylish and casuals available too. I don't look at the prices unless I am about to buy an item. Taste in fashion styles and colors are more important to me. For $18-$30 per piece, you can find something that may fit your outfit matching needs. There's much cheaper and more expensive items too. She mentioned wine and snacks may be included at your party. As a trunk show host, you earn 10% from your party sale which you can use to shop at the store.
