It's a very average Dollar tree that looks dirty due to bad lighting, I literally wiped the top shelf in the food isle with my finger and it came back clean. The shelves were well-stocked with everything I needed, making stuff easy to find. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The cashier who helped me was warm, and greeted me with a smile. Wanted to share my experience with a gift card I got from this Dollar Tree for Dick's Sporting Goods. When I tried to use it, it had a zero balance! I have the receipt showing it was activated, and the PIN sticker was intact. I did contact customer service, but it took them 25 days to respond while they "investigated." In the end, they just redirected me to the vendor without taking responsibility, while Dick's did the same. So, think twice if you're thinking about getting a gift card from here, there's a chance you could lose your money! read more

I actually love this store, I teach nearby and always come here for art supplies and snacks for my middle school students. You can't beat the price. It's great when I have to get a ton of supplies. The manager and staff are kind. And these people have to deal with theft a lot and they are still always kind when I come in. Very clean and organized store but that is not the best part of this Dollar Tree. Recently my wife and I shopped here for a few items and I noticed an employee guiding a blind couple through the store to pick up their groceries and supplies. This is a great place to buy decorations for parties and especially those expensive balloons. My husband bought my balloons in February and they are still up and it's April tomorrow. I may have to let the kids kill them. My son still has one on his ceiling that escaped. We all have bets on what month they will drop. Don't waste your money shopping anywhere else for your next party and buy lots of dollar balloons. They are worth it. They have tons of other things much cheaper than a regular store there is lots of food and good household items and party poppers etc it's a fun hunt to see what else you can find. read more

I like frequenting dollar stores and 99 cent stores to pick up prizes for my kindergarten treasure box, and I did find several different types of little plastic toys, small vials of bubbles, and decorative hair clips certain to please my students when they go to collect their booty on Friday. I'm continually amazed at how many different types of things this Dollar Store carries. There is a whole aisle, called the Teachers' Corner, that carries many teacher supplies that I'd normally pay much more for at GW School Supply. There are aisles of toys, greeting cards, party supplies, office supplies, and baskets and bins for organizing. There is a whole aisle full of pet foods, pert clothing, and pet toys. Yes, you can even purchase the ubiquitous Red Solo Cups at this Dollar Tree. Need to wrap a present? They have gift bags and wrapping paper. There is an extensive section full of kitchen gadgets, mugs, plates, and glasses. There is an aisle full of baby gear and supplies, too (see my picture of the "Baby's Butt Aid" :) My initial impression of Dollar Tree was that they carried mostly off-brand low quality knock-offs of brand name products that you'd expect to pay less for. What I didn't expect was to find so many brand name products also at the same low prices. On this visit, I saw Bic white out, RoseArt glue sticks, Palmolive and Ajax dish soap, Hefty ziplock Bags, red Solo cups, Ocean Spray juice, Sunny D, Arizona ice tea, Duncan Hines cupcake mix, Kraft Stove Top Stuffing, Campbell's soup, Betty Crocket boxed pasta dishes, Snack Pack puddings, Snapple, Chef Boyardee canned pasta, Del Monte and Hunts tomato sauce, Lays and Doritos chips, z English Lavender soap, White Rain and V05 shampoos, Colgate, Crest, Aquafresh, Ultra Brite, and Air Wick air freshener. All of these brand name products are the same quality you'd purchase at a grocery store, but at higher prices. Is there a ton of crap for sale here, too? you bet! You must resist the impulse buys at all cost. There's something about seeing all these things that are so cheap that causes the adrenaline to start coursing through one's veins initiating bouts of very poor judgement. I can't tell you how many times I've arrived at the cash register shocked at how much unnecessary crap I managed to toss into my cart along the way. So, shop at your own risk because you've been warned. Have a plan before you go or you'll bring home a lot of stuff you truly don't need. read more

I actually have two visits to brag about this store ! About three weeks ago we were searching for balloons , the team member who was at the register was wonderful . Very attentive to our needs . We needed specific colors , the store was very busy , but she completely handled the chaos with class ... She truly went above and beyond for her customers !! Such a refreshing positive experience. The second visit was today . I had been searching for candy corn that is not processed in a facility that uses peanuts, tree nuts !! They had them !! You seriously can't beat the price !!! I was on my lunch hour so kinda had to rush through , but it appeared the Halloween section had some fun things , totally worth checking it out . And if you ever need balloons this store is highly recommended !! read more

Clean store with LOTS of Halloween and Christmas decorations. They also had some books on sale for $1 but after reading reviews on my phone I opted out. They have a great greeting card and gift wrap selection. And, also a large selection of office supplies. Food selection was kinda off. But, that tends to be how it is. Just got a couple cans of soup. And, I also picked up some toiletries like bathroom soap and whatnot. It's a great place to go first, before heading to the grocery store...where all items there seem to cost around $4 each. read more

My only complaint is the BATHROOMS!! You have to touch a nasty key to use the rest room and when you do get in it's filthy!! I don't wanna touch nasty keys to use the rest room and please spend a little money to fix up your bathroom! Other then that, I like the store. We go to 99 cent store more often tho read more

I have one star because I had to otherwise I would have given 0. The store itself is filthy, the employees are rude and the manager is just as bad. I was shopping with my 4 small children, and I will note that they are not bad kids that run screaming through the aisles, my kids know better than that. During this particular trip my 5 year old son had to use the bathroom, we have been to this store before and used the bathroom on multiple occasions (I prefer not to because it is terrible and not kept up, but with kids when they gotta go they gotta go), this time there was a girl stocking the shelves right next to the bathroom and my son asked her for the key, he came back to me and told me she said no, so I asked her and again she said no the bathroom is only for employees. So now my son is struggling to hold it and he is trying so hard. So I go to the check out and ask another employee if I could please have the key for the restroom so my 5 year old son does not have an accident and she said no it is employees only. I told her to look at my child who is visibly agitated and trying not to have an accident, still she said no. I asked to speak to their manager and he originally tried to agree with the other employees saying the restroom can only be used by employees, at that point my son peed in his pants. He was so upset and embarrassed he started crying and thought he was going to be in trouble. After seeing this the manager brings the restroom key and said he would make an exception this time. I told him that obviously we didn't need it now. I left WITHOUT buying my cart which was just about full. I was and still am so shocked that these people would make a small child go through that, it was so uncalled for and I will never be shopping at this store again. The employees are completely beyond rude, lazy, inconsiderate and my list could go on. read more

Came in to get balloons, there's a line for a reason right? You help the person by how their in line. Well not in this case. The guy said I can help whose next I walk over to his register and tell him I need balloons he then starts ringing up the girl behind me. And told me I can wait for the other girl to see if they have those balloons. I told him you can't walk over there and see if you have them and ring me up isn't there a line for a reason? Why should I have to wait because you don't want to walk over and see if there are these balloons? So I asked the female if they had them she checked for me and I asked if they had anymore congrats balloons she said "idk" and walked away. Period it's not the girls fault the guy with short black hair should had helped me because I was in line! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THERES A LINE FOR A REASON!!!!
