They've also got a ton of binders to flip through, plus a solid selection of slabs and singles behind the counter. It's not just Pokémon either--they carry Magic and other TCGs too. I came back the next day and Cruz helped me out, and Dominique (the owner) overheard I was new--she surprised me with some code cards and stickers. Just really kind people and a welcoming vibe. In my personal experience, handing him my cards was like dropping them into a black hole -- except a black hole would've had better communication. I gave him 14 cards to submit for grading over a year and a half ago, and every time I ask for an update, I get the same recycled excuse: "PSA still has them." At this point, even PSA would be impressed by how long he's managed to hide behind their name. And the moment I started pressing for answers? The professionalism evaporated. Suddenly the tone shifted, and let's just say the vibe became a lot less "business transaction" and a lot more "intimidation attempt." Not exactly the customer service experience anyone signs up for. If you enjoy being ignored, strung along indefinitely, and spoken to aggressively when you ask basic questions, this is your guy. Otherwise, I'd strongly recommend keeping your cards -- and your peace of mind -- far away.

Great service from him, he answered any and all questions we had about the products. Then we saw the price.... Over $75 for I think four sodas, five small bags of chips and four regular bags of candy. I saw this as a one time purchase and wanted the family to have a good time so I payed the crazy price without hesitation. I later went to the world market and found half of what I purchased here for much less. This location brands the "exotic" snacks by putting a sticker on it with the stores logo. In summary, I won't be back to blow $75 but I will be going back to the world market to try the other items I didn't buy.
