The guard that worked the door this night thought he was working a night club and not a family oriented venue. He ruined my party by being rude and abrupt with our family and friends which had zero altercations that night. Let me start off with the fact that he helped himself to a redbull at our bar which would have been over looked if he didn't obviously sneak it past me as he stuffed it in his pocket. Our baby shower was until 1:00Am in which I was to have an hour to clean out but this one security guard felt the need to be obnoxious to our family members cleaning out our party and continuously remind them to "Get Out" at one point even physically shoving a girl on her way out of the front doors. I personally attempted to explain what was happening and even got to the point that I asked to see a manager that had to ask this gentleman to stand down. I am personally a calm and collect individual but this guard was very nasty and disrespectful as if he was the owner of Fiesta Deluxe in which we negotiated a contract with. This guard should be put through sensitivity training due to his lack of common sense. My pregnant wife left upset and embarrassed thanks to this guy kicking us out as if we did not pay the tab. Attending this venue were three club owners in The Bronx and manhattan that ended any chance of ever doing business with this security firm thanks to this one rotten apple. Over all I wish we had two of the gentleman guard from inside instead of this hotwire who did not know how many people he was insulting at one time.
