Was tested here a few months ago and it was the worst experience of my life!! The "business owner" Marcella Perez works for herself. No manager, no staff, nothing. Should have been a red flag but I did not pick up on it. I called to schedule an appointment, the woman who answered the phone has a heavy Spanish accent. I could barely understand what she was saying except that she needed a deposit. Another red flag but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Prior to testing she collected my fee and we began. I was hooked up to wires and gizmos as you could imagine and she asked me a few "test questions" so I could get familiar on how this works. Once the actual test began, the cuff around my arm was so tight I could barely feel my arm. This made me very nervous but I tried not to loose my cool. During questioning (this was for fidelity) the language she used was vulgar and inappropriate. She even asked me some personal questions that had nothing to do what so ever with the subject at hand. Marcella continued to complain that I was not "breathing correctly" saying I was taking too deep of a breath and said I would fail the test if I did not "control my breathing" whatever that meant. Even accusing that I searched the internet on how to pass the test because of my breathing. What was this lady talking about?? I was frustrated with a half dead arm by this point but came this far and wanted to get it over with. To annoy me even further Mareclla decides to answer personal calls during testing which infuriated me. Then another call to set an appointment. Clearly this could affect my results. The test was finally done and she asked me to come back in five minutes for the results. When I came back in Marcella accused me of being unfaithful to my wife stating I was a cheater and liar. After brining up all the points that angered me during testing she agreed to re-test FOR ANOTHER FEE. So it finally clicked that this was a whole scam in order to get more money. I probably never failed the test. Funny how she could not show me relevant proof. Why should I have to re-test for a fee if your web site and you promise that the test is 95% accurate. Clearly your program was on the fritz or you failed me on purpose. Come to find out when I stated YES as an answer to my first and last name that was wrong too. Marcella failed to supply me with any documentation regarding the test promising she would email the forms results even tho my fee included rapid results. Upon some digging I find negative reviews on various sites including Yelp which made me hit rock bottom. I had been scammed. This was such an emotional roller coaster. My wife took over contacting here since emotionally I could not longer deal with it. Upon various complaints, requesting the documents and finally a refund Marcella disappeared. She has only since sent a bogus test result form with various mistakes. Her web site was "parked" by go daddy - I guess temporarily suspended and her phone number suspended as well. She refuses to answer calls, text messages or emails. She sure did take advantage of an honest guy. p.s. if you google polygraph accuracy you will find that these test are less then 50% accurate and cannot actually detect a lie but just changes in blood pressure, etc. Avoid this lady. Make sure you verify whom ever you are interested in proving you services. Could save you time, money and heartache. read more

My husband used Marcella's services back in February and it was not a pleasant experience to say the least. Per Marcella's request she allowed me to be involved in every step and contacted me (phone/text) through out the process in her words considering me a client because she liked me until I voiced our concerns of not being satisfied with her services. The money that paid for her services was both mine and my husbands. Marcella then disappeared claiming she was traveling for work which we have proof this was not the case. Upset at being treated so poorly and not receiving a resolution and left in the dark, I left negative reviews on the web (freedom of speech) on behalf of my husband as well as my personal experience dealing with Marcella. I felt the need to alert other of her shady business in hopes to save someone from making the same mistake. To my surprise Marcella finally did answer via Google making false statements, calling me names, saying I had mental issues and was evil and finally making fun of my husbands disability. Who does that?!?!?! She even called me when she was "oversees" to threaten me about removing the reviews or else she was going to do something I was not going to like. I assume she meant the lying to save her rear end?? What type of "CEO" behaves in this manor? If you voice issues with a business the manager, owner, supervisor,etc would usually come to some type of agreement. Not Marcella. She will lie to anyone who will listen to her story. She even had some of her friends post positive reviews regarding her services directly after my negative reviews as if it was not supposed to look obvious. DUH! Marcella has even admitted to getting my negative reviews removed. I wonder how many other times she has done that when other customers have not been satisfied. Marcella is very paranoid that others will be hip to her game and stop using her fraudulent services. I have contacted the bank, Better Business Bureau and even the Attorney Generals office. She has sent in bogus paper work we has not even seen before. Since these agencies are only mediators, they could not get Marcella to cooperate. In fact, I was told how angry and difficult she was to work with. Last stop is small claims court this month. Too bad Marcella could not own up to what she has done and fix it. So I don't usually leave reviews, but felt one was needed here. I called first thing in the morning to make an appointment and Marcella answered and was very informative and easy to speak to. Yes, as the other reviews have pointed out, there is no receptionist, no big office etc, but in this line of work, one is not required, all that is required is a quiet room. Other "big" services actually contract out people like Marcella and just bring them in to their offices. Anyway, dealing with Marcella was a pleasure and was greeted with a smile which was a pleasant surprise. The whole experience was explained in detail so there was no surprises and it was a pretty painless experience for something as serious as this. She has much experience over 11 years and is very knowledgable on what she's talking about. She went over in detail in the pre-test on what the charts meant and how she could tell, so you knew how and why if you failed. Would highly recommend her services if you want the truth to be told, and would highly highly recommend. If you read most reviews, it's probably because they were caught in a lie and the test showed it. read more

Do not under any circumstance use this business, has extremely shady and questionable ethics. Extremely poor customer service. Asked to speak to a supervisor or owner on multiple occasions and was never contacted. Asked for bill in writing and never received. Had an appointment scheduled, and deposit sent in and two weeks before appointment was told price was $100 more than originally told. If you must use this business get everything in writing. Do not send any money until you confirm all pricing, costs, timing etc in writing. Only person who answers phone has heavy spanish accent and is hard to understand. Based on my experience, I would not be surprised if people are intentionally failed so they are forced to retake exam and hand this company more money. read more

Life is tough and went through difficult times and decided to take a lie detector test. I called few places but I chose to take the exam with Ms. Perez because she answered all the questions I had and made me feel comfortable. She has couple of offices so I went to the location in Queens. On the day of the exam Ms. Perez explained the process, the do and don'ts and guided me through the exam. I was very anxious during the exam and was afraid I wouldn't pass the test but Ms. Perez told me that if I was truthful I would be able to pass the exam. I am very happy to have used her services. Marcella Perez is the forensic expert they took my polygraph test for my wife. It's a person that you cannot communicate with it is true she writes everything down but she has no way of communicating to you with respect and politeness. Honestly if you can get a Word edgewise they might be able to run the business a little better and have better results with people but you cannot even speak and explain what you want in a proper way without being interrupted. read more
