I wanted to share my experiences with Ken Tomlinson and All Private Investigations. I had contacted…read moreKen to investigate and find information on a very old and complex matter that required a good deal of effort and skill. This was my second attempt at this and the first attempt was around 10 years ago with another detective agency. The previous company painted an overly optimistic picture, took around $800, disappeared and never provided anything. Upon my initial conversation with Ken, he was extremely frank and honest about the possibility of obtaining the desired information. He never made any promises and provided realistic expectations. I was comfortable with paying him an up front retainer. Ken was persistent, remained in continuous contact and provided regular updates on his progress. After around 60 days I received the call I was hoping for - he had found all of the roughly 30 year old information I was seeking!!! I highly recommend his services!

Although I cannot go into the nature of the matter, I can say that Paul handled everything regarding my case with respect and professionalism. Paul patiently answered my numerous questions and put me at ease with my nervousness regarding the issue that I was investigating. It was a matter that struck deep for me; and after the investigation was over, Paul and his team were able to successfully confirm my suspicions. What I really appreciate about Paul is that he was readily available when I contacted him, and when he responded he was extremely articulate. He provided details which is what I was really looking for. He expertly took all the information that I had to help facilitate the fluidity of the case and used it to provide an excellent report. Paul came through for me in the manner and time frame that was agreed. He also carefully laid out the rules of the contract beforehand so that there were no misunderstandings. Although it was heartbreaking to have my suspicions confirmed in this way, Paul's work put part of me in peace. I want to reiterate how important his work is, and although there are many reviews of different investigators on the internet, I would choose Paul Fitzpatrick. I would use him again, one hundred percent.

I provided the investigator with the person's cell phone number. We discussed a quick turn around so that we can assess if we can pursue recovery of the stolen items. Time was of issue since the thief would be able to very quickly sell the items that were stolen ( two watches). It has been over a week to do this one hour of work, without getting any information. I contacted Darrin and expressed my dissatisfaction that i had not been given any information and at this point it would be extremely unlikely that the watches remained in the thief's possession. I requested a refund and he rejected the idea profusely saying he is working on it and under no circumstances will he refund the money. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional stay away
