UPDATE:
Response to Mr. Seifer's 11/11/21 baseless accusations following my posted 11/7/21 review
After reading Mr. Seifer's response to my negative review I feel complelled to respond and set the record straight regarding his misstatements and accusations against me.
In regards to Mr. Seifer's complaint over my negative review posting over one year since my case was completed by Radius Investigations I don't believe there is any time restriction on when a review is allowed to be posted but in my case I suppose I got tired of waiting for a returned phone call from Mr. Seifer after leaving two messages with his secretary end of Dec 2020 looking to discuss with him the mailed 18 page (only 13 hard copy pages of the report were mailed to me where a complete 18 pages were later emailed) that were definitely NOT 30 pages as misstated by Mr. Seifer in his response to my review. My completed report was received nearly 3 months after the opening of my case even though Radius Investigations contracts state "typical turnaround is one week from date of signed agreement." If there were 30 pages then perhaps Mr. Seifer should investigate where the missing 12 pages are. I was certainly surprised to see that after no returned calls from over one year ago how quickly Mr. Seifer had no problem leaving me a VM one year later after seeing my negative review.
As far as the contents of the report, the first five pages consist of photos of the individual I had investigated, whom I knew and had photographs of myself so no photos were necessary. I also provided Mr. Seifer with a photo of the individual when he first opened my case. Of the remaining pages of the report, there were only a few containing any new info I did not already have from having done my own $20 background search through truthfinder.com before retaining Radius Investigations that generated about 40 pages of info, several pages of which I turned over to Mr. Seifer at Radius Investigations in good faith to help give him a jumpstart on getting my case started, never thinking he would repurpose the same info for making up a good part of the completed investigative report he provided. The info I found on my own for $20.00 via truthfinder.com was included in the majority of Radius Investigations' report that I paid Mr. Seifer over $1500.00 for.
In regards to Mr. Seifer's claim on any breach and him closing my case, this too is false. What Mr. Seifer refuses to understand is that the family member I disclosed info about my case to was an equal participant in this investigation in discovery of material and with payment, which I explained to him. Beyond this, my case was never closed as no notification of closure was ever sent to me and Mr. Seifer, h is secretary and myself continued correspondence on my case until end of Dec 2020 at which point I received my final case report - proving the case remained opened.
I can continue to clear up other baseless claims made about me by Mr. Seifer and even mention something he did that COMPLETELY CROSSED THE LINE but choose to stop at this point for now as I know the truth and have the proof if and when needed.
All I have been doing here is expressing my personal unpleasant experience with Radius Investigations and with Mr. Seifer in how I was serviced, which is anyone's entitlement - that is why reviews like Yelp exist. The purpose of my update is to set the record straight on the baseless accusations Mr. Seifer has made against me in retaliation against my negative review. read more
