The rep would not stop talking and never answered me about my reason for calling but instead gave me an appointment god alarm system I never wanted! There are so many better, less expensive companies out there. Go local, stay away from ADT!

The gate was down in front of the building, I called several times including the next day and all I got was an answering machine telling me to leave my name and number. No one called me back and I think that's super unprofessional. I was willing to give them cash up front for the classes and everything else. If they were going to cancel it's only right for them to call the people on the list and let them know that it was canceled instead of leaving people hanging.

Absolutely horrible human beings!! These security guards are the most RACIST, cruel, hateful, monstrous and pitiless beings! They acted extremely out of line and used unnecessary force on a group of individuals who were just trying to enjoy a boat party. After begging and screaming for them to stop they continuously pepper sprayed a man with severe lung issues, after they were told to stop because he is sick.The man told them multiple times I'll do what you tell me to do and was cooperative. (there is video proof) They pepper sprayed multiple people to such an extreme, it was as if they were trying to kill bug with raid. They forcefully pushed a woman down to the ground and when she lost consciousness they walked over her and didn't attend to someone who visibly needed medical attention. They were extremely RACIST to this group of people and used such force and injured many of these people with no remorse. The security guards are the absolute WORST! -to top it all off, after they walked away after the harm they have caused, one of the guards came back to a man just standing there visibility away from the barricade (on video), pushed the barricade at him, threw his phone out of his hand and pepper sprayed him from less than a couple of feet away. Due to these actions, multiple people were taken away in an ambulance and required attention in the hospital. read more
