I checked in with the teller and was handed over to Sara GEIB who is a Member Service Representative. She was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. She was able to get my documents notarized and take care of all of my documenting needs. I do not understand why this branch has so many negative comments as everybody I met during the process was extremely nice.

They are closed Saturdays and close at 5pm M-F which makes it harder to get to their bank. Shame on them We used the same institution to withdraw from our other bank and were charged $4.99 which our bank refunded using our debit card from their bank, we used GSCU debit card and were charged $37.50 So GSCU does charge I dont see any refund of that amount from GSCU

Ive used a teller to handle either deposits that I did not want to put through an ATM or some other transaction like a bank check. The tellers have always been outgoing, friendly and efficient. Its worth noting that the customer service by this branch's staff is exceptional. On one notable occasion I had to get a sizable bank check and the teller was fairly new and still training. Unbeknownst to me they had given me the check without a signature on it. I left the bank and had already driven away when the bank manager called my cell to ask me to return and get the check signed. They were very apologetic and handled the situation professionally. The way in which they handled it actually left me with a positive impression that overshadowed the inconvenience of the original mistake. This location is on main street in downtown Nashua. Parking is either metered street parking or the city garage. ATM is the "enhanced" kind that does not require envelopes for deposits. If youre in the area looking at banking options, I recommend NBT. They are a little bigger than a local but smaller than the mega giants.

About 10 years ago I discovered TD Bank in Londonderry for both my small business, my personal banking and now for my teenagers banking and this branch has been fantastic for all of it. And, the people are always there to help; in fact last week the branch manager came out to help me. They also offer free checking and savings, with no minimum, and the interest rates on interest-bearing accounts are about equal to or better than other banks.
