I went there for a simple transfer of a car title from out of state to Arizona. The person working behind the desk had to call someone for help. When it was my turn I found out I needed an emissions test so I left to get one and came back the same day. The nice woman behind the counter could not figure out how to do the simple transfer and once again got on the phone to someone else who couldn't figure it out either. After 30 minutes spent there I drove to the Scottsdale DMV and they did it within three minutes. LOTS of time eaten up. Though the woman was nice, they really need to find someone who can do even the most basic things.

Kim was very friendly and helpful, and she explained that even though I changed my address on the website like you're supposed to do, you still have to physically go to your home post office to let them know that you moved. Once you do this, they update the mailbox with everybody who receives mail at that address. I have moved five times in the last seven years, living in Tucson, and I have never once had to do this. It is very frustrating, and at least two of my five packages have now been returned to sender. Why don't they say this on the website so you know you have to do it also? Is it specific to the ZIP Code? I have no idea but this was very very frustrating. Now I have to go through the annoying process of trying to get my packages re-ordered, which is very frustrating because I had already been waiting for them prior to this.

While our new postal carrier was unwilling and or unable to provide a solution, I reached out to the post office on 59th Ave. and Brittany was able to address the issue. She came out within a half an hour of our phone call to find the package was put in our neighbor's Mailbox which we obviously did not have access to. She personally delivered the package to our front door to say hello with the package in hand. Her customer service and friendly smile was exceptional.
