The most glaring problem was the complete absence of communication. We often found ourselves with zero updates unless we initiated contact. Some of the subcontractors hired by TB Merit were completely inept. They exhibited a shocking lack of professionalism resulting in poor workmanship and additional delays. We expected that the subcontractors would take precautions to protect the existing floors, window and screens, prior to texturing the walls. But because they did not take these precautions there was overspray and damage. The entire project was marred by drama. Delays were frequent, and instead of addressing issues there was constant finger pointing among team members. Finally, instead of addressing our reasonable expectations for quality work, they chose to complain to subcontractors, which was both disrespectful and disappointing.

They dont take responsibility for anything and have a horrible attitude when you bring up issues (I don't have enough space here to go over all of them). Please don't do it!!
