I'm not sure if they test drove it when the work was done or not but anyone could clearly tell it was not right because the whole car was not shaking violently at just 20mph. I took it back and after further inspection we also needed a new front axle but he gave it to us for free and made the car right before we got it back. Other mechanics would have charged me for the additional parts and labor. I'll probably return for more work that needs to be done because its so local to me (literally around the corner)
