First time user here. We could not be happier with the service DCAcar provided us. We had to travel for the first time with our infant twins. Needless to stay lots of preparation and stress, especially as the trip was not planned and resulting from a family emergency. We struggled to find a service that would provide a ride to Dulles airport with two car seats until we found DCAcar. Not only did they provide the seats but Patrick our driver for the round-trip was incredibly kind, helpful and professional (including when he had to pick us up on the afternoon of December 25th!). We will definitively use this service again and recommend it to other twin parents. *As others have noted it is pricier than a regular taxi service (it is a shuttle/ limo service after all), but you certainly get what you are paying for (and in our case a regular service was just not an option anyway). read more

Our flight was delayed by 6 hours and he kept tabs on where we were and kept in touch to find out our new flight number and the time of the flight. We ended up in Washington at 12:00 midnight. Just wanted to share with you our experience with your wonderful driver, Dodzi. Not only was he kind, courteous and very informative as this was out first time to Washington DC. But when we checked into our hotel and went to charge my cell phone, I found it missing. It was in my jacket pocket when we got into our car. Super shuttle had 0 rides available when my morning flight got in, and DCAcar had reasonable prices for a direct private ride at the exact time I needed. Their driver was very prompt, extremely courteous and his car was impeccably clean and very comfortable. We had a nice but not intrusive conversation over the length of the ride and he took an alternate route and got me home just a little bit sooner - exactly what you want after an exhausting red eye flight. They rock! I made a reservation a couple of days in advance. I gave them plenty of time to get me from Falls Church to Dulles on a Friday afternoon - 2 hours - but they didn't need it. First of all, my pick up point was not easy to find. No problem for these guys. My driver arrived 15 minutes early and even texted me when he arrived. In fact, my colleagues mistakenly got into his car. Fortunately, he asked them if I was there, and they figured out they got into the wrong car. We flew through traffic. He took the expressway so we could make good time. He made it to the airport in about 40 minutes. He even provided me with some bottles water for the ride. Very professional and courteous service. I arrived at Dulles after a flight from London and the Border and Customs control was very slow on this day so I was late at the International arrivals gate for my stated pick up time I was greeted by my driver with a name sign and a large friendly smile the driver put me at ease after the extended period in International arrivals he took my bag and as this was in February the rain was pouring at the time, so the umbrella he supplied came in handy, the driver was very friendly and informative on the drive into DC. I regularly use DCAcar for work and for personal travel when I know I need to get where I'm going. They are so reliably awesome - always 10-15 minutes early, driver will send you a text. Cars are very clean (but not full of air fresheners - thank you!) with small water bottles. Drivers are friendly and nice and will follow your lead - many times I have great conversations, but sometimes I've just napped or done work. I used this car service for transport from Reagan International to our hotel because their website was so easy to use and they had really great rates. They delivered great service. On the way to the hotel we needed to stop for distilled water and loud driver found a CVS and went out of his way to take us there. Contacted DCAcar based on other reviews. I had to book last minute transport for my boss and Arsen was very patient with my questions and changes and communicated with me several times to make sure all the information was correct. When the pick up for the 2nd leg was way ahead of schedule, Arsen worked with driver to adjust and make sure they were there on time (early) because he wanted to provide the best service for the customer. I followed up with a phone call at 10:00 which was answered by an automated system. My message stated that I needed to get the information to the traveler as soon as possible as he was getting on a plane this evening. I called again a short time later. Still no answer and no reply. While I realize this request was on short notice, I would think I at least deserved a reply. I contacted two other companies that promptly gave me a quote.
