After inspecting the completed fence, I noticed several damaged panels and two missing fence post caps. Brad acknowledged the issues and promised to return to repair the panels and install the caps. Over the following months, I contacted Brad repeatedly and received multiple assurances that he would come by to take care of it. Unfortunately, the issues remain unresolved, and he eventually stopped responding to my messages. I've been patient and given him plenty of opportunities to make this right. These are issues identified immediately after installation, and I'm simply asking him to follow through on the repairs he already agreed to complete. Brad, please contact me with a firm date to repair the damaged panels and install the two missing caps. I would welcome the opportunity to update this review once the work is completed.

They finished everything in one day, cleaned up thoroughly, and even went the extra mile to paint the fence (which they don't do painting) so it would meet Mililani Town Association and AOAO requirements (which can be strict about uniformity). That extra effort made the whole process stress-free and awesome. The workmanship is solid -- our gate and fence are now sturdier than our association-built carport. The team, led by foreman Maka Hatchie, was very professional, considerate, and conscientious. Despite having challenges with the weather, changes in team composition, and an unexpected repair of a sprinkler pipe (our fault for not pointing it out earlier), Maka and team paid attention to details, respected our property (e.g., they covered our window and told us to move our car when they were mixing cement), cleaned up at the end of the day, and even went so far as to coil up our water hose and rinse down mud tracks on our lawn. On the final day, the team went the extra mile and wiped down the vinyl panels to ensure we were completely satisfied. I can't say enough - this team was simply awesome! Regarding price, I asked two other companies for quotes and Valleywide offered the best price. Their sales rep for the area (Ryan) was quick to respond to my inquiry and provided a quick estimate. The rest of the staff (draftperson and scheduler) were equally responsive and easy to work with. The hardest part was waiting on approval from my HOA.
