J&J Quality Fencing was fantastic to work with. After waiting three weeks for another company to…read moresend a quote (that never came), Jason had a detailed, itemized estimate to me within days -- and the entire job was completed just over a week later. They finished everything in one day, cleaned up thoroughly, and even went the extra mile to paint the fence (which they don't do painting) so it would meet Mililani Town Association and AOAO requirements (which can be strict about uniformity). That extra effort made the whole process stress-free and awesome. The workmanship is solid -- our gate and fence are now sturdier than our association-built carport. Great communication, fair pricing, and true local customer service. Highly recommend supporting this small, locally owned business.

Supreme Fencing was one of the contractors who replied first to my inquiries, and sent someone out to evaluate the project site and get me an estimate quickly. Their pricing was fair, and they offered many appealing options for what I wanted to do. Despite how backed up with work they had due to island wide damage from this last storm, they were also very accommodating with scheduling given my concerns about the needs to have the fence replaced before the remains of my old fence caused damage if another storm hits. From beginning to end, my experience with Supreme Fencing has been exemplary. Erika kept me up to date and answered every question I had immediately, with cheer and enthusiasm. She's a great asset to Supreme Fencing and contributed greatly to my fantastic experience hiring them. The work crew arrived on schedule and worked HARD through a very hot and humid two days to demolish my old fence and put up a new vinyl fence and gate. Their foreman and crew were very friendly and despite the conditions worked nonstop and sounded like they had fun doing it. They were perfectionists in how they tackled the project, filling me in each step on what they had planned to do and how they planned to do it, and made sure everything was done with my needs in mind, and a flawless end result as the goal. When everything was up I watched as they went over everything with a fine tooth comb and wiped it all down and made sure that not a piece was out of place and everything looked perfect. They were also very mindful of cleaning up the work site every day. I'm extremely happy with the end result and can firmly say I made the right decision to hire Supreme Fencing, and I expect that anyone who reads this review will have the same experience I did.

1 Star - Poor Communication and Unreliable Follow-Through…read more After Hurricane Lala, my 35-foot x 6-foot fence was damaged, and I have been trying to find a fencing company willing to come out and provide an estimate. Unfortunately, four different companies made appointments and never showed up. I contacted Ron at Advance Fencing Solutions and explained the difficulty I had been having. He agreed that it was wrong for companies to make appointments and not show up. On Thursday, he asked me to text photos and provide the dimensions of my fence. I explained that I wanted two quotes--one for a white PVC fence and another for a redwood fence. He told me he could provide the pricing without coming to the property and would email the estimates. On Friday, he asked me to provide my email address, which I did. On Monday, he said he was out in the field but needed me to confirm exactly what I wanted so he could provide the pricing. I responded with the requested information. Today, I tried contacting him by text and called his cell phone. He eventually responded by telling me that he was declining the job. What is most disappointing is that after several conversations and giving him all the information he requested, he simply decided not to proceed. If he did not want the job, I would have preferred that he say so from the beginning rather than having me spend several days communicating with him and waiting for quotes. Unfortunately, his word and commitments did not amount to much. After the experience I have had trying to find a fencing contractor, this was extremely frustrating and disappointing. One star for the lack of communication, reliability, and follow-through.

The team, led by foreman Maka Hatchie, was very professional, considerate, and conscientious. Despite having challenges with the weather, changes in team composition, and an unexpected repair of a sprinkler pipe (our fault for not pointing it out earlier), Maka and team paid attention to details, respected our property (e.g., they covered our window and told us to move our car when they were mixing cement), cleaned up at the end of the day, and even went so far as to coil up our water hose and rinse down mud tracks on our lawn. On the final day, the team went the extra mile and wiped down the vinyl panels to ensure we were completely satisfied. I can't say enough - this team was simply awesome! Regarding price, I asked two other companies for quotes and Valleywide offered the best price. Their sales rep for the area (Ryan) was quick to respond to my inquiry and provided a quick estimate.
