I didn't realize how great the quality of their work was until these last two storms hit. Both neighbors on my right and my left had to put up wood planks to keep their fences sturdy. We saw one of them swaying and partially fall down during the storm. My fence.....did not move an inch! Definitely recommend Upright for quality fencing work!

However, despite follow-ups over a few weeks to a month, I was unable to receive an estimate or clear timeline update. I understand companies can become backlogged, but the estimate process itself never happened.

Wow, I just had the best experience yet dealing with a contractor!! I was SOOOOO impressed with…read morethe team at Valleywide who just replaced our wood fence with vinyl. The team, led by foreman Maka Hatchie, was very professional, considerate, and conscientious. Despite having challenges with the weather, changes in team composition, and an unexpected repair of a sprinkler pipe (our fault for not pointing it out earlier), Maka and team paid attention to details, respected our property (e.g., they covered our window and told us to move our car when they were mixing cement), cleaned up at the end of the day, and even went so far as to coil up our water hose and rinse down mud tracks on our lawn. On the final day, the team went the extra mile and wiped down the vinyl panels to ensure we were completely satisfied. I can't say enough - this team was simply awesome! Regarding price, I asked two other companies for quotes and Valleywide offered the best price. Their sales rep for the area (Ryan) was quick to respond to my inquiry and provided a quick estimate. The rest of the staff (draftperson and scheduler) were equally responsive and easy to work with. The hardest part was waiting on approval from my HOA.

Speaking with Parris and getting the initial quote was a quick and easy process. Parris and his guys completed the paperwork we needed for HOA approval without issue, and installation happened quickly after our HOA gave us the go ahead. The installation itself was also completed quickly (2-3 days of work if I recall) and the best part other than the quality of the fence was that the way they install the fence posts leaves your yard looking exactly as it was before--no giant holes or dirt piles left behind. A few months ago, we needed a repair due to our landscapers accidentally shooting a rock through a fence panel. Parris was quick to respond and had his guys out there the next day to complete the repair at a reasonable price. They even noticed our gate wasn't shutting properly and made some adjustments on the spot at no additional cost without us asking. Most recently, we installed some pavers that went under our gate and needed some adjustments to be made to the height of the gate so the gate could close over the pavers. Again, Parris and his team were out quickly to make the changes we needed to our gate, and we couldn't be happier! Yes, you can find other companies to install vinyl fencing for less money. That being said, my husband and I would make the same decision over and over again to go with Vinyl Tech & Masonry because of their professionalism and the quality of their work. They clearly stand by their work and want to make sure their customers are happy. In my opinion when you're spending thousands of dollars on a fence install, it's well worth it to invest in a company that clearly cares about their customer's satisfaction.

Supreme Fencing was one of the contractors who replied first to my inquiries, and sent someone out to evaluate the project site and get me an estimate quickly. Their pricing was fair, and they offered many appealing options for what I wanted to do. Despite how backed up with work they had due to island wide damage from this last storm, they were also very accommodating with scheduling given my concerns about the needs to have the fence replaced before the remains of my old fence caused damage if another storm hits. From beginning to end, my experience with Supreme Fencing has been exemplary. Erika kept me up to date and answered every question I had immediately, with cheer and enthusiasm. She's a great asset to Supreme Fencing and contributed greatly to my fantastic experience hiring them. The work crew arrived on schedule and worked HARD through a very hot and humid two days to demolish my old fence and put up a new vinyl fence and gate. Their foreman and crew were very friendly and despite the conditions worked nonstop and sounded like they had fun doing it. They were perfectionists in how they tackled the project, filling me in each step on what they had planned to do and how they planned to do it, and made sure everything was done with my needs in mind, and a flawless end result as the goal. When everything was up I watched as they went over everything with a fine tooth comb and wiped it all down and made sure that not a piece was out of place and everything looked perfect. They were also very mindful of cleaning up the work site every day. I'm extremely happy with the end result and can firmly say I made the right decision to hire Supreme Fencing, and I expect that anyone who reads this review will have the same experience I did.

All the way to the install date, he told me that I could make adjustments and that Josh, the installer would also advise and help make the best on site decisions. Additionally, R5 was able to do things that the other guys wouldn't do. We had some shrubs that needed to get removed, and they did it as part of the quote and did not charge extra for that service. When Josh arrived, I met him and we discussed all the details. He also showed me how I could remove and rebuild sections in the event I had to have part of it taken off.
