The credit was absolutely refused, given your lack of understanding and inability to resolve a simple issue within 20 minutes of phone time. Yikes! -- After 2 positive experiences, things unfortunately took a negative turn with Next Destination Transportation. The owner, admittedly, is underway in a busy season and sent zero text messages (as he has done in the past) to confirm a scheduled pick-up. Miscommunication on both ends perhaps and the terms and conditions are spelled out on the website but it seems he picks and chooses when he wants to follow them. In the spirit of fairness, the cars have been clean and the drivers have been professional...until now. What I won't do is stay on the phone for 20 minutes repeating myself. I simply encourage all of you to get confirmation by phone, email, AND text if you don't want your full payment to be a donation to the business. =)

My flight arrived during rush hour, which led to things being delayed. My driver was courteous and drove very safely. The only thing keeping me from five stars is the workers on the curb. I can't believe that I forgot to write a review about Martin's Sedan and Limousine Service…read more A colleague of mine inquired about a coach to shuttle a few of our out of town guest from one location to another. I requested a quote via yelp and decided to go with Martin's Sedan. We placed the deposit and was all set however, Mother Nature had other plans. Winter Storm Stella kind of blew the equation. My manager wanted to know if we could use the deposit for something else in the future--I didn't think that they would but they were nice enough to let us use the deposit since it was because of the weather. We did eventually have another event where we needed to shuttle members--this time from a hotel in Georgetown to the U.S. Capitol. They were easy to communicate with--I even had to change the meeting time and they were flexible. Carlos was our driver--he was very clear on where to meet him and where the pick up points were. The bus was clean and we got to our destinations in a safe and timely manner (especially for the Capitol visit--there was a strict appointment for that visit). Martin's Sedan and Limousine service was very professional and flexible. If you are in search of a shuttle service, I would suggest using this company.

From the beginning, the driver was late which put the family in panic mode. They had lots of luggage that needed to be loaded and the driver showed up 8 minutes late, which caused unneeded stress. Calls to customer service to check on the car were immediately put on hold and then disconnected. Rather than putting the family at ease, the dispatcher was rude, sarcastic, and dismissive and ruined the ride for the family. I later spoke with the manager & owner, thinking they would make it right, but instead, they made excuses and dismissed the complaints & concerns as "things that happen". The fact that this company puts themselves first before their customers and makes excuses for their own actions, speaks volumes about their lack of customer service & satisfaction.
