I rented the party bus to transport us to DC for tea around town. I spent over $360 for party favors, games, decorations, drinks and food to enjoy on our way to DC. The morning of I get a call that their party bus would not start. They were supposed to try and get a vehicle of the same or better value to get us to our event. A vehicle showed up 49 minutes late and it was nothing like the party bus I paid for . We ended up in a tight 10 passenger sprinter that did not have enough room for us to barely eat a cupcake or drink water. I could not decorate or anything. I had to give the party favors at the house. We were not able to play games. We were so stressed hoping that we would make it to DC on time. The owner was only willing to give me an hour and a half refund stating that the peaty bus I paid for was there waiting for us when we got off the Tea around town bus. Did I mention the only reason we made the tea around town bus is because they were having difficulty scanning people's tickets otherwise we would've missed our bus and lost another $1500. I cannot re-create or give that experience back to my best friend our the 9 other ladies that were part of the celebration . The games were never played. The decorations were never used. If you are looking for transportation in the Baltimore area do not, I repeat DO NOT book with them. They are a terrible company. They do not compensate for their mistakes and you the customer will suffer the consequences of the company's vehicles not functioning properly and their inability to ensure that your vehicle will show up on time for your event. You will take a huge financial loss.

First I was looking at limos4less (probably because of the name) but the reviews basically said not to expect great service because you get what you pay for there. I was surprising my girlfriend for her birthday by taking a limo to an upscale jazz spot downtown and I did Not want to take a risk of low quality service. I first requested a basic stretch limo for 3 hours from at least 5 limousine companies in the area. Platinum Plus was the most professional in their response and they even gave me a list of options for other types of limos and all of their prices for 3 hours of service. On top of that, the prices were some of the cheapest I've seen! Ended up upgrading to the Chrysler 300 tuxedo top limousine and it looked amazing! Did I mention I requested the limo with less than a week notice? And I was STILL able to take a look at the limousine before the big day. On the big day the driver arrived early. I don't know exactly what time he got there but he was supposed to arrive at 6:15 and when me and my girlfriend walked outside the driver was standing outside with our door open and the red carpet rolled out! He was looking sharp and was very polite and professional. He probably took 20 pictures of us and even suggested some poses. Once we got to the jazz spot (on time) he said just give him a call when we're ready to leave. An hour and a half later I called him and by the time we got downstairs and outside, he was standing there again with the door open. Platinum Plus had earned a customer for life. If you want quality with a great price this is the place to go. Every request will be fulfilled.
