This time a woman answered and she says something about not being able to hear and hangs up. we try repeatedly to call back to ensure no one would come since we wanted to cancel. the line just kept cutting off and no one answered. we didn't even need to extend this courtesy of canceling since there was no taxi to cancel. it seems they never dispatched a driver in the first place. i wonder if this is a legit business! The last time I got a ride from them (to the BWI airport), it was about ten minutes past their quoted arrival time of 35 min, so I called them asking what the delay was. They said they called me and I didn't pick up, so they left. I never received a call, so I asked them what number they dialed and it turned out not to be anywhere close to my phone number, so they came back.
