That was a huge advantage for us, since other contractors were pushing us toward NEM 3.0. Their sales team was patient, helpful, and not pushy at all. They walked us through our options clearly, were honest about scheduling constraints, and still found a way to get us in on a pretty good timeline. Not only did I have to pay $450 for them to come out and tell me that the said inverter was bad, but they charged another $450 to come and replace it!! It is supposed to be under warranty!! What is the point of a warranty if it is going to cost $900 to replace??
