They tested the old one and told me where I could find a new one just like it but they had a used one so I took it and have not been disappointed. By the way PGE paid for it! The owners of Right On are cordial, respectful, and take their time to explain the issues. I took off time from work to go and get my computer picked up because I just want to take it in somewhere and get it fixed and I stood outside the door and texted.
