Instead of taking responsibility or providing a reasonable explanation, I was left with more questions than answers. This wasn't just another piece of clothing it was my wedding dress, something that holds tremendous sentimental value and cannot simply be replaced. After years of trusting this business, this experience was incredibly disappointing. I understand that accidents can happen, but honesty, accountability, and customer service matter.
