I specifically told them that the work needs to be done ASAP, and asked if that would be possible. I was assured that everything would be done right away, so I even decided to ask for more estimates on other rental properties I own. Well, I was over promised and under delivered. The first meeting I had with the PM, I waited until 20 minutes past the meeting time, then I called the office to find out he was on a fishing trip! I gave the benefit of the doubt and asked to be rescheduled when he got back. He wasn't available until the following week. So I waited. I asked when the proposal might be available and when we can get work started and again I was assured right away. I texted, called, no answer. I was assured the estimate would come in by Thursday. Nothing. I called the office to see what was going on and was promised that the owner was looking into this and that I would be prioritized right away. Nothing. To this day I haven't received a call from the PM, from the owner, from anybody at Absolute Contractors. I put too much trust and faith in them and was completely let down. I forwent getting other contractors to bid the job simply because I thought I'd be doing business with Absolute. Now I've wasted time and money simply for the sake of taking a leap of faith on a company that doesn't really care about their customers.
