Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. I do know they'll be happy with the service they get from Triangle Movers. I hope they do a Yelp review.

Update from my previous review from 3 years ago. Nothing was done about my broken and missing…read moreitems. All this time I went back and forth with them and they never made good. They gave one excuse after another. When you pay $10,000 to have your stuff moved out of state, you don't expect to have your stuff, stolen and broken and your outdoor furniture disassembled and laying on your front lawn in a heap. I had to move out of my apartment by December 11th, 2025. On Thursday November 14th, 2024 a Military Veteran Organization called WESTCOP SSVF contracted A W Express, to move my personal possessions to a Storage Room I rented from a Storage Facility. I only needed approximately 90 percent moved, because I need some personal possessions that I need until I need to vacate on Wednesday December 11th, 2024. They conducted the move on ThursdayNovember16th, 2024. There were three employees, and a foreman his name is Joseph. One of the items that was going to stay in the Apartment was a Bulletin Board. The Bulletin Board contain some flyers, and two memorabilia items. They were two Miniature soccer Jersey Car Decorations with suction cups. One Representating the Uruguayan National Soccer Team, the other was a professional soccer club from Uruguay from South America called C.A. Penarol. They were pinned to the Bulletin Board. When they finished the move, It appeared they did an adequate job. On Tuesday December 10th, 2024 I was doing the final move. Then I took the Bulletin Board, and noticed the Miniature soccer Jersey Car Decorations representating C.A. Penarol was missing. I went to the Storage Room and looked for it, but I could not find it. I called Joseph and asked him about the missing memorabilia item. He claimed he did not know about the memorabilia item. I asked him to ask the employees. He told me he would ask them. I called again to find out what they said. He said they did not know. I speculate that he did not ask them. He informed me the company policy was if any item was found. He or the employees would give it to me or leave it on the floor. He said may it flew away. I said the apartment does not have one path, and the item is too heavy for it to fly away. When I called again to inquire about the issue. He told me he was annoyed, that I was calling excessively about the issue. I have looked in my Storage Room at approximately 90 percent of my personal possessions boxes etc and I cannot find it. Finally in conclusion I was very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail, unprofessionalism, and apathetic attitude about my concerns about my missing memorabilia item. My concerns as a customer. I lost a memorabilia item because of the incompetence of this company and its employees. There is a possibility I can find the item. I will know if I still have the memorabilia item, when I move to a house or apartment, look again at the Storage Room and happen to find. Until then I will consider lost. If I happen to find it. Then I will edit my Google Review, text a retraction, and change the Star Rating System from a 1 Star to 4 or 5 Stars. Until then my review and Star Rating stays the same. I' am very disappointed. They then brought our stuff up to Catskill and loaded it into our house, and this was not an easy move, yet they remained cheerful and upbeat, even taking a bunch of heavy things up to the attic. This was a very difficult day for them and they responded like the professionals they are. I would hire them again in a second if I ever need to, and I highly recommend them for your moving needs. They were organized, professional and friendly (and laughed at my bad dad jokes) I got an estimate sight unseen from Jim that turned out to be spot on. I thought the price was fair. The truck drivers who loaded and unloaded my container were excellent--they answered all of my questions, provided clear timelines, and kept me updated with calls when they left the unit and when they arrived at my home. Their communication was always on point. The only downside was that my container was extremely dirty, almost as if it had been used to transport charcoal. Because of this, I strongly recommend wrapping items in blankets and stretch wrap to prevent them from getting stained. Unfortunately, my mattress cover was ripped during the move and ended up with black marks. Overall, the professionalism and communication stood out, but I do wish the container had been in better condition.

They called our house watch 1.5 hrs beforehand and then did not unwrap any items pre wrapped.at the delivery destination. Just left the items in the middle of apt and took the tip. Never asked or tried to assist with anything bedore leaving as most movers do. The manager claims the contract states something to the effect of them NOT unwrapping prewrapped items, althiugh he could not actually tell me what part of the contract actually said that. My daughter had to pay her doormen to help unbox and unwrap large glass table toos/ chairs etc. I have moved 7 times in the last 38 yrs and have never had a company that does not unwrap or unbox previously stored items. There was no partial refund only advice to file a claim.

Every piece of furniture was damaged after using BeeLine. They're fast and sloppy. Even though I…read moretold them which pieces were precious family heirlooms, they didn't protect the furniture, they broke off handles, and refused to stand behind their work. This after tipping each member of the crew $100 and paying an extra $100 above their asking price--I should have inspected the furniture carefully before paying but I was ill and didn't check until the next day, when the owner refused to make repairs or refund a dime. Avoid them at all costs. They are nice to your face when they want your business, then rude and ugly afterward.
