The reason…read morefor the downgrade is driven by what I consider an unsafe and reckless incident on the part of who I believe was a Priority employee, that I witnessed upon leaving Priority after the service was complete. When leaving Priority Toyota on 30 July at approximately 1225 PM, I was exiting the parking lot on the north side turning right on to Loisdale Road. I had come to a stop and was looking left at the oncoming northbound traffic to judge when I could proceed. I began to move forward on to Loisdale Road, when suddenly, from my right side, a silver vehicle traveling south in the left lane (I think it was a Toyota, but not sure) passed closely in front of me while making a left turn into the parking lot, causing me to slam on the brakes to avoid a collision. Through the rear view mirror I observed that the driver did not stop, but proceeded east through the parking lot and through the gate back to the rear area. I do not know if the driver was an employee of Priority. I believe this is the case however, because the vehicle went through the back gate - not normally where customers park or have access. Whomever the driver, his / her actions were reckless and unacceptable. Loisdale Road splits just north of the intersection referenced, so this driver made a conscious decision to illegally drive down the left lane on the left side of the median to enter the parking lot. I have to think that the driver saw me, but made no indication as such. Perhaps an employee, running late on their way back from lunch? I provided the above feedback through the standard "Rate Your Service" email received from Priority shortly after completion of service. Apparently, nobody at Priority felt obligated to follow up with me. We will continue to patronize Priority for our service needs, but I feel obligated to bring the above to managementʻs attention.

While all the mechanics were busy Ronnie took time to research this annoying issue and found a service bulletin that said to adjust the strike plates alignment, then because that didn't do the trick he looked inside the door mechanism and found the door wasn't releasing because the upper latch needed adjustment, there is only one adjustment bolt he showed me and then fixed it. He proceeded to educate me on my new NV and helped me understand other things. Ronnie is to be commended for his superb customer service and attention to detail. This was after I was initially told the scratches were already present. They took responsibility for that issue and replaced it, so the argument that nothing can be done simply because I left the lot is difficult to accept. I have routinely brought my vehicles here for service and have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership. Over the years, I have spent more than $100,000 on vehicles here and well into five figures on service and repairs. After being a loyal customer for years, it is extremely disappointing to be treated this way when there is clear pre-service documentation of the vehicle's condition. I had come in, no one seemed to want to help me, several people made eye contact with me, no one made any effort to help. 2.5 hours there to only be communicated through unprofessional text to find out it would cost $1,100 to order the part and replace it. They didn't even tell me that by ordering the part, 2 additional parts would be needed. They didn't check anything else or to tell me that additional service was needed. On top of that, they broke my wheel lock key so I ended up going elsewhere after I ordered the parts online myself. My wheel locks had to be broken off, one was missing. I called the service manager and explained what happened and scheduled another appointment where they said they would replace the wheel locks. In addition, I would likely need service and an oil change based off the fact my car was telling me service was required. I made the appointment and went in. They mentioned that they would also check for the fuel tank recall replacement. I was there for 4 hours. 2 hours in, I received a link with a video that my undercover was damaged. I responded and asked what all needed to be done and if someone could come and chat with me. An hour later, I followed up. No one came to talk to me in person. 10 minutes later, they texted back saying it was ripping and needs replacement and if I wanted to get it done, they could get me the quote. I responded yes, and 10 minutes later, they said "will do". 10 minutes later, I received a quote for $700 for just the part and saying my vehicle was all set. I responded asking how long it would take and what my current cost was. I received no response and followed up 10 minutes later. I was told my current cost was $114 for the oil change and that the wheel locks (What I scheduled the appointment for) was out of stock. I went to talk to the service and he said that the oil change was completed. I waited 4 hours for an oil change. The wheel locks were out of stock. They didn't have the fuel tank recall part, none of which was communicated the entire time I was there. I saw another service individual come into the customer lounge and talk to several of the customers and I never received the same courtesy. In the text when they checked me in, it does say texting is the preferred communication but to wait there 4 hours for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. I was given a discount for my wait time but this was frustrating and an absolute waste of time. The service individual asked me if I wanted the service manager to reach back out and I said yes. It's been 3 days with no reach out. Disappointing to waste 4 hours based on a conversation with the service manager with no resolution. I will not be coming back to this dealership and will be going elsewhere because the service here is the worst of the worst of what I've received. The service here makes me never want to buy a Hyundai again.

While the lot may feel a bit more congested, it's probably due to the fact that everyone comes here for their service! Someone had come to my car immediately, asked me what services I was here for, and got started right away. I was working with Tyler, who is extremely informative and so easy to talk to. He made sure to tell me all the recommendations and everything that I needed to change, but was honest if I had time to change certain parts of my vehicle. In addition, he was able to provide me with additional quotes like leather replacement on my seats. I also feel like their prices are fair. He even offered to teach me how to replace a filter (which I politely declined because I had done it before)! It was a pleasant surprise. On 10/28/22, I dropped the Forrester off at Sheehy Subaru of Springfield dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. I thought I would do something nice for my wife; I added a car detail service. On 10/29/22, I awoke to a voicemail stating that there had been an incident with our vehicle. Jonah, the manager, seemed sincerely upset, and gave assurances. I was shown our damaged vehicle at the nearby detailing company that the dealership uses: Pure Polish. Pure Polish is where the vehicle incident occurred, not the dealership. Jonah has been helpful in helping us to navigate this process. My insurance had the vehicle evaluated for an estimate, which is required for the diminished value claim we have to file against the insurance of Pure Polish, in order to be compensated for the drop in asset value after the incident (the vehicle is only a year old and was accident-free). We are thankful for: No one got hurt. The dealership provided a loaner vehicle to us. Jonah has been very helpful during this inconvenient time. We will be compensated for repair costs. We will be compensated for vehicle diminished value. We are concerned about: Heightened risk of future issues with the damaged vehicle. We didn't feel like the dealership's first priority after the incident; we had to do our own research regarding the pursuit of compensation for our negative impacts. It felt like the dealership prioritized its business alliance with Pure Polish, over us, their customer.
