Everything from extremely late deliveries to bones / foreign objects in my meals. Based on Territory's subpar customer service and unwillingness to provide a refund and compensation for the chicken bone that cut the back of my throat and nearly chipped my tooth, I have cancelled future deliveries and I am going to look elsewhere for better quality provider.

But on the confirmation email I received, it said they start delivering the day before into the day they promised. They delivered it straight to my doorstep on Sunday night. As to the box itself, I attached photos of the list of the items we got and of the box (the kale hid a few of the squash and the eggplant). I thought the quality of the produce was good, but I was kind of expecting a bit more in terms of quantity (compared to my own CSA delivery in the summer). Overall I am satisfied, but wouldn't make this a regular order.
