He is also great with a wide range of people I once hosted a dinner with the former International Commander of the Navy, a General in the Marines and an Astro Physicist all at the same time and they just loved him. Then I did an event with my silly bottle popping friends and he did just as well there. Chef Cisero greets guests upon their arrival and speak about each course as it's being served. Overall, the food was decent for prepared meals and met my dietary needs. However, there were two big issues that ultimately made me switch to another service. 1. The website The website is very confusing. When I tried to change my meals, the new selections wouldn't save. There is just too much going on, and something that should be simple becomes unnecessarily complicated. Eventually, I gave up and just accepted the preselected meals. And I used to be a web designer, so I generally know how to find my way around pretty much any technology. If I gave up, I can only imagine how frustrating it might be for someone less comfortable with websites and apps. 2. The biggest issue -- delivery This was ultimately the dealbreaker for me. My last three orders arrived so messy that I was actually disgusted to touch the containers. They are not properly sealed, so the liquid leaks out, the food gets shaken and mixed together, and some of the meals arrive looking like porridge. I had to wrap each container in plastic before putting it in my refrigerator because everything was wet and messy. The paper sleeves around the containers would arrive soaked, dirty and literally falling apart. I don't know if this is just happening with my deliveries or if other customers are experiencing the same thing. My most recent delivery did have some additional cushioning placed on top inside the shipping box, which was an improvement, but that doesn't really solve the problem. The individual meals still aren't secured inside the box, so they get shaken around during transportation and the contents leak and mix together. After three deliveries like this, I gave up. The food itself was decent, but the delivery and packaging problems were enough for me to cancel and switch to another service.
