However, we also decided to use ServPro for the remodel and have had nothing but regrets. They used the cheapest materials and subcontractors they could get away with. The work they, and they're subcontractors, did continues to disappoint us and deteriorate. It's been less than a year and everyday we find some other shortcut they took or shotty workmanship and that's just what we can see... In short, what should've been a great experience has just been really disappointing.

I'm not sure anyone has ever left such a first class customer service impression on my dad. He said Beau was dressed professionally, his equipment was well taken care of, and he obviously cared about doing a great job at very reasonable cost. The carpet looks great and smells clean.
