As you are reading this you may think this sounds crazy. this is why I drive three hours. I deal with flooring stores from Cincinnati to Minneapolis and by far Osborn's is one of the best when it comes purchasing. They have perfected purchasing high quantities of higher quality flooring for really low and below market prices. When they turn around and resell the flooring they do not mark it up to what they could get. I see them sell flooring for a fraction of what the same flooring would sell in Chicago or Indianapolis. Literately the same hardwood priced at 5.50 per ft I know that sells in stores for 8.50 per ft. I even have their counter tops in my lake house. I will get pictures attached eventually.

We had initially planned on installing it ourselves, however, the salesman told us they had a promo in May that they would install for $25. That sounded great to us as we are remodeling our house and it gave us time to do other things. We paid for the carpet in full and the salesman said he would be in touch to set it up. Fast forward a few days, the company calls during the week and wants to do it the very next day. We had previously explained we could only do Friday afternoons or the weekend as we both work Monday through Friday. They scheduled it for Saturday, May 25th at 8am. On the Friday before they were suppose to come we cleared everything from the two rooms only to receive a phone call at 6pm from Parker stating they had to reschedule because they had another job they had to finish. Now, had they not waited until the last minute to call us I would not have been upset. I asked Parker what was going to be done to make this right since they had waited until the last minute to inform us. He said he would have Jeff, our salesman contact me on Tuesday. Parker then reschedules us for the following Saturday at 8am and promises there will be no issues. Tuesday rolls around and we never heard from Jeff. So, we call him and he apologized and stated he would talk to the owner to see how they could compensate us for the poor customer service. He stated he will call us on Thursday with the information. He never called. So I call him and he informs me that the install of our carpet will not be until Saturday at noon. At this point, I'm pretty upset. I tell him that we were told 8am after being rescheduled and he proceeds to offer me a $20 gift card to the restaurant of my choice. Very insulting as we spent quite a bit of money on carpet and padding. I told him absolutely not and asked what the owner had said. He proceeds to tell me the owner says "things happen". I explain that is terrible customer service and leave it at that. Saturday finally comes and it is noon. The installers are not here. We call only to find out yet again we are being pushed back and they don't know what time they will be here. Finally around 4pm they show up and quickly lay our carpet. Absolutely disgusted with this company and their response to treat their customers the right way. I have a huge living room and hall way that will eventually need carpeted, and I will not be using this company. Absolutely horrible!!!! Never again!
